Our Townhome boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. Each room is beautifully decorated and equipped with Samsung Smart TVs, ensuring everyone has their own private space to unwind.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with high-end Whirlpool appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Cook up a storm with our Black + Decker toaster and Oster blender, or make use of the BBQ grill outside for a perfect summer cookout.
Take advantage of the in-unit GE washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze. Indulge in our luxurious bathrooms stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The master suite and top-floor bedroom both feature private bathrooms for added convenience.
With 5 Smart TVs throughout the condo, everyone can stream their favorite shows and movies. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy the cool comfort of air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Lounge on the patio or balcony, or enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining area. Cool off in the pool (accessed with your pool card). Our condo also features a private entrance, backyard, and free parking on the premises.
Perfect Location:
Located in popular Barefoot Golf Community, our condo is just 2 miles from the ocean, ensuring you can easily indulge in beach days. The Myrtle Beach Airport is about a 30-min drive. You'll be close to top attractions, including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Marinas, public docks, landings, restaurants, golf courses, shops, and entertainment options are all within easy reach.
Guests will have access to the entirety of the unit. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues that arise during the stay. We try to communicate well with all of our guests.
No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.
Parking is located in the front of the unit, uncovered parking area.
A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the door code.
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!
A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
You must be 25 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
There is 1 pool card left for guests. Please return it at the end of your stay, as there is a $150 replacement fee.
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:
*Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WiFi
*Coffee products and add-ins
*Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels)
*Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap)
*Dish/Laundry Detergents
*Towels/Linens
*Basic Cooking/Kitchenware
During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed.
Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.
Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
This is not a party house.
Trash pick-up is on Thursday morning. Trash can be put outside Wednesday afternoon and needs to be brought inside Thursday before the afternoon. If it is left out at any other time, the community will find us up to $250 per infraction. It is the responsibility of the guest to follow these rules or they will incur this fine.
