Coastal get away <br>3 bedroom/3 bath home with pool on New Smyrna Fla. beachside

This Gorgeous spacious 2200sq foot beachside home in tropical New Smyrna Beach (NSB)is now available for vacation rental. Our newly acquired rental home is now under our management so unfortunately you will not be able to see any reviews yet. Since this is our “launch “ we are offering the first 3 guests who booked for a minimum of 3 weeks a 20 percent discount for your first stay! This home was initially a private residence and then turned into a rental property. It has an excellent reputation as a rental property with multiple repeat guests staying 3 months or longer. One of those quests has already booked for 3 months next spring!
The house is professionally cleaned tastefully decorated in coastal style, fully furnished and a joy to stay in!
It is truly a perfect island getaway!

This vacation oasis offers an airy open floor plan. The LR with flat screen tv, books and games and plenty of comfy seating, opens to both the Sunny light filled DR with large table and seating for 6, as well as an Eat-in, tiled, fully equipped large kitchen, including oven range, microwave, toaster, fridge, all kitchen ware, pots, pans, glassware( including wine glasses, Mule mugs, champagne glasses and margarita glasses of course) and a coffee maker. something is missing let us know so we can help out!) The laundry room off the kitchen with both washer/ dryer also has a folding table to make beach life easier! There are 3 large Sunny bedrooms, 2 have King beds,1 has a Queen size bed, all have en-suite nicely appointed tiled bathrooms with showers. All towels, linens, pillows, and blankets are provided!
Note:! 0ne bedroom is located on the first floor for those who prefer no stairs 😄
There is also a den/ work space on the 2nd floor with a bunk bed for extra sleeping space and a couch for relaxing.
The 2nd floor Balcony has a nice view, awesome breezes, a table for dining and a wicker bar with stools for your sunset cocktails ( yes, there is a blender in the kitchen as well as wine glasses😀) If you’re lucky you might also catch a view of a Space Center rocket launch!
The front patio has a dining table for your coffee, breakfast and newspaper, as well as being a great spot for people watching! You will see plenty of people with surf boards, skateboards, bikes, golf carts, dog walkers, children, teens, young and old! This is a vibrant and friendly neighborhood.
The private back yard has a covered stone patio with a large picnic table; gas grill and a wonderful in-ground heated pool that has two reclining built in beach loungers to enjoy.
You will be only 200’ to a beautiful drive-on beach ( of course you can easily walk there!) with miles of white sand, surf and lots of sun. Surfers, body boarders, swimmers, runners, bikers, picnicking fun or just relaxing are a constant here ! You are also only an easy 6 block walk or drive to our beachside Main Street, which is known as Flagler Ave. Here you will enjoy live music, cute shops, casual and fine dining, wine walks, beer strolls, a drive on beach ramp, and a vibrant night life! In NSB there is always something to do both day and night. “Im bored” is a phrase never heard here!
Mainland NSB also has its own Main Street, Canal St. Here with a different vibe you will again find plenty of dining options, a local brewery, outdoor concerts, cruise nights, food trucks, farmers markets, more great shopping, an active art scene with galleries and walks, a performing arts theater, and a beautiful park and marina as well. The lit up palm trees are a sight to behold at night, especially during Christmas!
NSB is on the east coast of Florida on Coronado Island. It is famous for it’s beautiful beaches and sunny disposition, many call it a “mini Key West’’
Most call it “paradise”!!!!
Plenty of other nearby attractions await you as well! You will be close enough to visit Orlando Disney, Epcot and Sea world. You can also visit Cape Canaveral space station, Blue Springs National park where hundreds of manatees live, the famous Daytona 500 speedway, the historical town of St Augustine, and so much more!

We came for a short visit and never left!
