2 Bedroom, 2 Full Baths - Sleeps 6!
30 foot gulf front balcony with seating for 6 to enjoy your coffee and dinners while watching dolphins play and beautiful sunsets.
Bathrooms and kitchens have been remodeled in this fully equipped 8th floor condo that delivers all the conveniences you would want for your stay.
Large master with walk-in closet and king size bed. Newly remodeled bath with jetted tub, grab rails and double vanity with granite countertops. Second bedroom two full sized beds and a full size closet. Guest bath is all new with huge walk-in travertine shower with grab rails and handheld showerhead, vanity with granite countertop, and 36' entry door to bathroom.
Sofa converts to a queen-size bed, and there are plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets. Also available are a child's crib, highchair, and stroller.
Kitchen is totally remodeled with solid wood cabinets, granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, airfryer, instapot, electric grill, cookware, utensils, dishes and cutlery.
Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers. All linens provided. Beach towels, chairs, coolers, beach toys and umbrellas provided. Each bedroom has cable TV and there is a SmartTV in the main living area for access to all of your favorite apps. Book and movie library. Free Wi-Fi. House phone with free local and long-distance calls anywhere in the U.S.
Large heated pool and hot tub. Tiki hut with large charcoal grill and shuffleboard. Gate Access to private beach. Beach trolley provides transportation.
Covered parking with designated spot.

Beautifully decorated and very clean condo. Location is fabulous. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host is very accommodating and wanted to ensure that we had all that we needed to make our stay very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

stayed in beautiful condo directly on beach over looking the gulf.condo was awesome,very clean,2 bedrom,2 bathroom. condo was well equipped,large kitchen with lots of pots,pans,utencils,keurig,air fryer,and 2 coffee makers. also available were beach chairs,lots beach towels,with a million dollar view of the sunsets. condo well maintained,we had a awesome holiday b g

Ocean Sands

I can't say enough great things about this vacation. The condo is in the perfect location! Walking distance to many great restaurants, and the beach is so close we could hear the waves through the shut sliding glass doors. The condo is so well equipped, you do not have to bring anything but your swimsuit! I have rented plenty of condo's on the gulf, and this one truly had it all, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, beach bags, toys, wagon, on and on! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. Even the fold out couch bed was comfy. The unit was very clean. We hope to come back next year!!

Already Booked It Again!

This unit is just perfect and working with Anne was a delight. While on our trip we already booked to come back next year. All the other reviews are accurate. The HUGE balcony was our favorite part of the place to watch the sunset (and a few moon sets), dolphins, and just listen to the waves. It has everything you need, and if you forgot something there is a Dollar Tree and Winn Dixie across the street that you can walk to. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to walk to, and if you have kids there's a park nearby as well for basketball, etc. Don't have any hesitations on this unit - it's in the perfect location and is up-to-date.

We hit the Jackpot!

Needing a place fairly last minute, we were SO glad we found this condo. Lots of room, EVERYTHING you need, right down to binoculars to watch the dolphins/pelicans off the Wonderful balcony with the Beautiful view of the beach and sunset. Both bedrooms/bathrooms were great. In-house laundry was a blessing and well-appointed kitchen made for a super vacation spot. Can't go wrong with just the two of you or a family! Property manager kept in just enough contact to be helpful, not harmful. We enjoyed our time at this condo and Madeira Beach!

Look no further!! This place is perfect!!

We loved this beautiful home! The pictures on the website are beautiful, but the actual property is so much better! We have stayed in many different condos in the area, but this has been our favorite! The owner has provided absolutely everything you could need. And it was spotless! The view is breathtaking from the large balcony and the outdoor patio closet is full of beach necessities which we definitely took advantage of. Many hours were spent watching dolphins and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was high end and up to date. Every space was beautifully organized and clean. Such a wonderful surprise! And the owner and property manager, Anne, couldn’t have been more helpful and quick to respond! We have no complaint or suggestion for improvement. She’s thought of everything! Can’t wait to book this one again! The beach is perfect with easy access, parking is great, pool was immaculate, and elevators were well maintained. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. Thanks again, Anne, for such a great experience! Delbert and Mindy Kiser

We live in Georgia, but love to get down to the ocean as much as we can. We hope that you will love our property as much as we do and make many memories to take with you!

Cleanliness and comfort are high on my list when I am on vacation and we want to do the same for you. I love to cook and believe that the kitchen is well stocked to give you the flexibility to make some wonderful meals. The location is excellent as well, as you can walk to multiple stores, grocery and pharmacy are across the street, and you can walk to a number of restaurants right across the street. If you want to go further, no worries about getting your car out as there are multiple means of available transportation in the area.

Although this property is a new listing for us, it has a stellar rental history of 13 years with the prior owners. We look forward to hosting you and cheers to many beautiful sunsets and creating memories!
