12th floor penthouse unit (spacious 1225 sq ft 2br/2bth) overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Professionally renovated throughout and updated with quality furnishing. Fantastic views of the beautiful white sand, water & sunsets from the 30 ft balcony. Triple patio doors from the living room & master bedroom lead to the balcony.
This condo has a lot of extra amenities. Free WiFi , free calls to Canada, 55' WiFi LED TV in Liv Rm, 42' WiFi LED TV in Master Bedroom, 37' LCD TV in 2nd bedroom, 32' LED TV on balcony (for those Sports Fanatics or CNBC in the morning with Coffee and newspaper), DVD/CD player, DVR box, portable CD player for balcony, new kitchen appliances, Breville toaster oven and a full suite of kitchen needs, hotel security safe to keep passports and other valuables in, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels & chairs, patio furniture (relax or eat meals on the balcony), rain umbrellas...just in case. Electronic door lock programmed to your code choice for safety and convenience. Being on the 12th floor there is less road noise. Oceansands is a 2 week minimum rental.

Fantastic condo

We go to Madeira every year and this is the first time booking an individual condo. We were amazed and so in love that we will continue to book every year. This condo had everything we needed and more.

Amazing condo and owners

Our vacation couldnt have been more perfect...from the arrival to meet the owners at the most amazing condo ever....we were definitely blessed...Thank u Nancy....u and ur husband thought of everything to make ur renters the most comfortable....and make them want to become reoccuring visitors....this will b the first place i contact to stay, when i return to Madeira Beach.....again Thank u for ur hospitality and thoughtfulness

I found my happy place!

Nancy and Paul are gracious owners. Every amenity imaginable is provided. The condo is lovely and very well done. The view is like a dream! We spent most of our time on the well appointed balcony. My kids watched their cartoons on the balcony every morning. We ate many meals on the balcony while enjoying the view of the Gulf. My entire family agrees this was our favorite family vacation to date. We will definitely return to this beautiful place.

Wonderful Stay

The penthouse top floor condo lived up to its penthouse status. It was beautifully decorated, and the view of the Gulf was amazing. We enjoyed our 2-week stay very much, and were impressed with the owners generosity of having everything we needed for our stay; including, toiletries, laundry soap, kitchen foil/wrap, baggies, etc. Skimp they did not! The condo has gorgeous modern bathrooms and impressive large modern tv's and electronics (Alexa devices). The bed was very comfortable with adjustable firmness. Who gets this in a rental? Very nice. We didn't want to leave. The location is also great with nice beach walks in either direction along the water. I always felt safe walking in the early morning hours. We saw dolphins every day from the balcony. There is a fun beach bar across the street with live music and cold coronas. We look forward to going back!!

Excellent in every way.

Four of us comfortably stayed two weeks in this beautiful condominium. The gulfside balcony is big with a table/chairs and two Adirondack rockers. We didn’t watch the balcony TV as we had too much fun looking out at the spectacular water views. There is also a beautiful view from the entry side of the condo overlooking the back bays. Restaurants are within walking distance as well as a Winn Dixie and a Dollar Tree. This condo has quality cookware and items in the kitchen. There is a very nice full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a water view and sleepnumber bed with a large bath and huge closet. The secondary bedroom and bathroom are also very nice. Most notable are the items the owners provide such as extra towels(bath and beach). Beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers , and paper products, shampoos, sunscreen. I could go on and on! So thank you Nancy for all you do and provide for your guests. Meeting you as you showed us around and explained remote controls etc. shows the pride you take in your property. We would love to return someday.

Nice place to get away to reflect and relax!

Beautiful inside and out. You can enjoy the ocean and beach sights and sounds without even leaving the Condo. A great place, convenient to stores and shops. Owners really thought of everything you would need to have available. I would highly recommend.

Gem of Madeira Beach!

We just spent a month at this beautiful condo. It is the best equipped and well organized condo we have rented. Nancy met us on arrival and gave us a detailed walkthrough and instructions which was so helpful. She is a very detailed person, so very thoughtful, thinks of all the little things to make for an enjoyable holiday and was always available if needed The condo is very clean with nice furnishings, and everything we needed for the beach was also supplied. The location is excellent and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. We truly felt at home and we are looking forward to another visit. 5 star condo and 5 star hosts!!

Can I say perfect???

Trying to come up with the proper phrasing here. In June/July we stayed at this property. We have been coming to Florida since our kids were little. We are now empty nesters. So many properties I can't name them all...this one stood out heads and tails above them all. NEVER has any of the owners met us when we checked in...this one did...or should I say they both did. Paul and Nancy were fantastic. Our flight was a little late and they gave up a few hours of their Saturday night to make sure we knew how everything worked and where it all was. And IT was soooo much. From the detergents, to the soaps, to the beach chairs and the food and booze. IT was all there and so much more. The beds were great (Sleep number 35) and the balcony was so long and and gorgeous. They remodeled in the year of Covid and you can definitely tell...Beautiful. Centrally located with a few places for us right across the street. The beach was almost ours...while we had public beaches packed on both sides, this one was clear for us every single day. Just phenomenal all the way around. I don't want to say good things, because then you will ALL come, but this unit couldn't be better. We will be back. Thanks Paul and Nancy.

Spectacular Penthouse View

Our hosts greeted us upon arrival, explaining all we needed for our stay. The VRBO is fully stocked and equipped for our vacation to the smallest detail, best stocked VRBO in our travels since 2014. The top floor view is outstanding and a large balcony to view the sunsets. Great location to walk to restaurants, shops and more! The beach is beautiful white powder sand and the pool was large, we ended the day at the hot tub. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us and we are already discussing our return. See you next visit! Highly, highly recommend!

Dream vacation

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful condo and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The condo was very clean, beautifully furnished and cozy. and the location was perfect for us. Our favorite times were our walks on the white sandy beach every morning, our meals on the balcony overlooking the water, and the beautiful sunsets. The owners Nancy and Paul met us there when we arrived and they were so kind and helpful and took care of our every need. They provided everything you could possibly think of and more so no rushing to the store except for groceries! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. So needless to say we are looking forward to returning as soon as we can! Thanks Nancy and Paul, can’t wait to see you again! Ron & Denise A.

Great stay in the Sun

We have stayed in Ocean Sands numerous times but this was our first time in Nancy and Paul's condo. We were not disappointed. Nancy was very accommodating and patient with the booking process. They were there to greet us and show us around the condo and make us feel welcome and kept in touch just the right amount throughout booking and our stay to ensure we had everything. The condo itself is well equipped with all those little features that make a good stay a great one. Thing's like a DVR subscription so no conflict between your favourite show and the beach time, Plenty of matching china and glassware with size choices too, and importantly no need to run to walmart for your 2nd loo roll (there was a big stack of them), Nice Fluffy towels and essential (and non essential) supplies all available. Paul and Nancy have put in a lot of effort to make the condo comfortable for a wide range of guests. We'd love to come back.

Fantastic!

What a great time my wife and I had in this beautiful condo. We were met by Nancy when we arrived and she explained everything about the condo. A bottle of wine and beer were waiting for us when we arrived. We saw Dolphins everyday. You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo. I have rented houses and condos through Vrbo for 20 years and this is the nicest condo yet! Vrbo is now Homeaway. Thank you Nancy for all you did and your quick replies.

Perfect Vacation

We just returned from our 4th stay at Paul and Nancy's condo and again our vacation was perfect. This condo has every amentity you could possibly need. The owners are always accessible and accommodating in every way. Every year we return there is yet more upgrades competed in this beautiful condo- You will not be disappointed!

Loved it!!

We loved our stay here! This condo is one of the nicest we have found. The pictures do not do it justice. It is right on the beach, with an amazing view from the balcony. The condo is beautiful inside, and had all the comforts of home. Plenty of beach toys and chairs, great furniture, and even a Kuerig! Nancy and Paul were great to deal with and met us at the condo to welcome us and show us around. We had many meals on the balcony watching the beautiful sunsets. Just loved everything, thank you Nancy and Paul!!

Superb Accommodations

We spent two weeks at Nancy's condo. It was the best condo we ever rented. Nancy met us when we arrived and gave us a complete tour of the condo and explained the operation of anything and everything. This was unusual in our experience and very welcome. She had a bottle of wine on the counter for us, cold beer in the frig, and she even thought to frost mugs in the freezer. She is thoroughly hospitable. We were very impressed. She had coffee stocked for the Keurig coffee maker. Her thoughtfulness showed in a number of small amenities she provided at no cost. The condo was very clean and its appointments were up to date. We were as comfortable and familiar there as if we were in our own upscale home. We were worried when we first rented this condo, because we originally wanted to be closer to the shops and restaurants at John's Pass. However, in just a few days we felt we had made the better choice. There are bars and restaurants just across the street that we frequented and really enjoyed. The Winn Dixie is a short walk away, so except for our initial trip to stock up, we walked to get the necessities that ran short during our stay. There is even a cigar shop right across the street that rolls its own cigars. The cigars I bought there were about half the price I would pay at home for an equivalent quality. All in all a superb vacation in no small part due to the comfort we enjoyed in this condo. We would suggest that Nancy stock a couple of board games, like Yahtzee or Parchese or backgammon. We had some bad weather and were at a loss for brief periods as to what to do with another couple that joined us for a few days.

Love this condo for its charm & location

Thanks to Nancy and Paul for renting us your beautiful condo. They have thought of every thing. Nothing is missing. They just got a new couch & Nancy told me that they are renovating the bedroom and kitchen. We are looking for to renting this condo again next summer. Thanks for the added extras Nancy and Paul.
