The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo had everything we needed. Perfect location and very clean. The carpet in the bedrooms need replaced, but definitely recommend staying here. We love this complex!

The property was very clean and had everything you needed for a home away from home. Our favorite part was the balcony. If not on the beach or out and about we were spending our time on the balcony taking in the beautiful view.

Anniversary trip

This place was beautiful. The views were amazing. The condo was very clean & up to date. Had everything we needed. The beds slept amazing, we are wanting to buy the same mattress for our house now. The pool was heated & was just right for the hot summer days. We will definitely stay here again. I give it a 10.

Great Place and location

The unit was clean and a great location. Not too crowded. Braden who worked the chair rentals was the best...very accommodating and hard worker. The only thing we were missing in the condo was there were no spices or seasonings to cook with. Would not be a problem if you plan to eat out for all meals, but we were planning to do breakfasts in the condo. We had called prior regarding if a hair dryer would be provided. Told it would not be, but there was one there when we got there. We fly into Pensacola, so we needed to pack the minimum. Would have been nice to have beach towels or beach blanket provided. But overall, good solid 4 star rating...and would be 5 if some seasonings/spice rack were provided.

Beautiful and convenient to everything

First time staying in Perdido Key and will definitely be back. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the view is amazing. Perfectly located and convenient to anything one may want or need. Absolutely loved the easy beach access.

Don't Pass This One Up!

Excellent place to be! It doesn't get any closer to the beach than this. We had a wonderful relaxing stay and the room exceeded our expectations!

Great condo, amazing views!

Beautifully decorated condo. Comfortable beds. Love the balcony furniture- very comfortable and clean. On-site we were helped by Phyllis who was very friendly and helpful. Great stay at our favorite beach!

The condo was beautiful! We loved the location and the gorgeous view! The balcony was large with a wonderful rocking love seat and a table with four chairs! The main bathroom was spacious and well equipped! We highly recommend this property and look forward to booking it again!

The view says it all…

Magnificent condo with a view that exceeds anything. I enjoyed getting up each morning to see the sunrise and was able to also see the sunset. The condo was well equipped and welcoming with plenty of towels and linens. Also provided and very much appreciated are the small basics supplies like dishwasher and a laundry powder, shampoo, lotion and soaps dish washing liquid. A couple of areas to attend to: the shower door in master was squeaky, the draft on front door was very loud with the winds (we blocked it with the rug and was great improvement), the washing machine works fine but is a bit loud especially since folding doors cannot be fully closed. Our visit was in November so we didn’t use beach or pool or other amenities. I would consider staying again.

The room was as advertised.

We enjoyed the room and the view. Checking in was very easy and mostly flawless. The biggest problem was the parking and there never was a dryer in our room after being told we would receive on Wednesday. The elevators were difficult and parking sucked because of the Fourth of July. I would recommend to stay her just don’t think it will all be perfect.

Will definitely be back

We stayed for four nights after a recommendation from my brother and sister-in-law, and we had such a great experience. The only hiccup was that we didn't get the code to our unit via text, so we had to call Vacasa when we got to the condo, and they generated a code for us. They were able to take care of it in less than five minutes, so it was no big deal. The condo was comfortable, the view was amazing, and the walk-in shower was a dream. There are a handful of restaurants right across the street, and the kitchen is equipped with pretty much anything you would need if you wanted to cook and eat in. We will definitely be back!

Great Unit, Not great Beach Access

Pros- First off, I will have to say that this is one of the best, cleanest, and well decorated condos we have ever stayed in. All of the furniture was very comfortable and it had all of the necessary amenities. Also, the complex itself was clean and well-maintained. Cons- The complex has only two elevators. While we were there, one elevator was down for nearly 2 days. From what everyone was saying, it was pretty much for cosmetic reasons. If it was for necessary maintenance for the safety of the occupants, that is absolutely one thing, but if it was for cosmetic reasons, that is something that should have waited until off-season. The lobby is small where the elevators are and it was a long wait when people were coming in from the beach and people checking in with all of their luggage. Again, something that could have waited when there weren’t so many people there. Beach chair service- This is where we were most disappointed. If you are like us and bring your own chairs, this place is not for you! The beach chair service sets up close to the water, with barely enough room for someone with a couple of chairs to set up close to the water as well. I noticed one morning that instead of setting up the rental chairs underneath their umbrellas, they set up the rental chairs in front of the umbrellas, so as to eliminate anyone with their personal chairs to set up near the water. The condos on either side set up pretty close as well, but not as close as they did at Palacio. We walked down the beach one day towards Johnson Beach and noticed that the condos down that way did not set up in such a manner. They set their rental chairs a good distance back from the water. Out of curiosity, I asked the attendant at Palacio why they set up the way they did and he said it was not his company, Excel, but it was Palacio that wants them to set up that way. He said they want the rented chairs to be the first line of chairs. We have never stayed in a condo that did this. People pay too much money in rent to have to go down there to rent chairs on top of that just to get close to the water. We have always brought our own chairs. Some condos do include rental chairs in their price, as our unit did last year at Windemere, but we chose not to accept and use our own. They did set theirs up farther back than did Palacio. Unfortunately, this is a deal breaker for us and we will not be back. It’s a shame because the unit itself was great! I do not want to stay at a condo complex that has the mentality that if you want to get close to the water, you have to pay for it. There was a spot to the left of the rental chairs, albeit not a big space, where people with their own stuff could set up and it was such that everyone was piling in that area. Glad there was space available for people who could not/would not pay for chairs. You could also set up your own stuff between their rows of rental chairs, but that’s how they designed it, you don’t pay, you don’t get a decent spot.

We loved the view from thie balcony. The complex is wonderful with great parking, beach access and tennis courts. I wish few extras were provided in the kitchen. I was disappointed with the wine glass selection, and really missed having a cleaning product to wipe down the counters. I had to resort to using dish washing gel which was not ideal. The carpet in the bedroom is really stained and inpleasant.
