250 ft Private Beach & Dock- The Perfect Riverfront Family Friendly Retreat

Welcome to your family's vacation home away from home! Wake up to water views from every bedroom and enjoy coffee on our waterfront deck or screened porch. The 5 bed/4 bath layout is ideal for multi-family trips or large groups but the real gem of our property is our 250-foot sandy beach on the tranquil shore of Ingram Bay. Our private dock with easy access to the Wicomico river provides the best spot to kayak from or tie up your boat.

Located just across from our private pond, the beach is 250 feet of soft sand and calm water. A quick 2 minute walk is made easier for you with the provided beach cart, 6 beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and umbrella, to make your visit as easy as possible.

The dock can accommodate boats that require four feet or less water level and has electric power as well as a lower platform for launching our kayak or paddle board. At low tide, sand is also revealed right at the dock, just steps away from the back door for impromptu sandcastle building.

The 3200 square foot house features a wide open floor plan, new appliances and furnishings, and stunning endless water views from every room. With 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, a toy-filled playroom, fully equipped kitchen, and smart TVs throughout, the house is perfect for multiple families or large groups. The screened porch and riverfront deck will no doubt become your favorite spots to lounge and dine.
