Enjoy your stay in an 'A' frame home with an open floor plan that sits on a large partially wooded lot. It has a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay and has unlimited things to do on the property, and in the local towns. You can enjoy relaxing on the deck or sitting by the waters edge. Cool off in the bay or in the swimming pool. After dinner you can relax by the fire pit and watch the large ships go by. You will leave the northern neck relaxed and ready for the real world! What a grand location. The house was all that was promised and our stay couldnā€™t have been better. This was perfect for all five sisters who just needed some together time. I think our laughter may still be echoing. Thank you for sharing your comfortable home with us

A wonderful relaxing time

The Baycation house worked out perfectly for our family. The bay was beautiful. Watching bald eagles was definitely a highlight. The kitchen had more than enough supplies for cooking meals, as well.We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Loved the views and the pool. We even had perfect weather. Jen was very accessible and replied to my questions quickly. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

We LOVE this place! The house, the location and the hosts are absolutely wonderful! It is a perfect place to unwind and disconnect from the madness of the city or life in general--so peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful place and surroundings, nice and clean. Enjoyed watching the dolphins, the bald eagle, and other wildlife with some otters that came to visit one morning. Even though the rain didn't cooperate at times we did get to enjoy the pool a few days. Jen was really nice and answered any questions. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Vacation

We had the best week at this beautiful home! We loved the decor and felt right at home from the minute we arrived. This home has everything you would need or want, from the fully stocked kitchen to pool toys. We had beautiful weather all week and although it was very hot we didn't care because we floated in the pool every day looking at the amazing views. We took a half hour ride to Kilmarnock where there are restaurants, shops, and boutiques. We had lunch at Small Town Burger, one of the best burgers we ever had. Jen and Jim were readily available for any questions we had! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, we can't wait to return!

Perfect weather week on the bay.

Great stay, property as described. Owner very responsive to texting or messaging on app. Road bikes to downtown Reedville more than once, fished, swam, built fires, enjoyed the pool, kayaking and sat around enjoying the views and calm breeze off the bay. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay

House location is perfect. Right on the bay. Beautiful views. Pool looked nice but too cold to use. Plenty of room for our group. Comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of parking. Could have used a few more bath/hand towels but well supplied with all the essentials.

Best VRBO I ever stayed in

This property is an absolute bargain. Prettier then the pictures show. Very clean and everything you need is there. The amenities offered are unbelievable. We enjoyed the kayaks, waterboard, pool, and fire pit. This VRBO has set a high bar for all the others.

What a wonderful home with a crazy beautiful view! There were so many fun things to do even though it rained and stormed almost the entire time we were there. But the disco ball definitely put ā€œthe icing on the cakeā€ for my granddaughterā€™s 11th birthday! So fun! We canā€™t wait to return to enjoy all the other fun outdoor activities we didnā€™t get to do!

Another great stay

This was our 4th time I think staying here and it's such a lovely house! All you need to relax! There was a late communication about bringing our own pool towels, but hopefully it will be communicated earlier in the future. Such a treasure in the Bay!

A Special Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The views, the wildlife, the pool and the bay were all highlights. Quiet and somewhat private. Went out on a very successful fishing charter with Fishers bay charters.

Another Perfect Baycation

This was our second stay at The Baycation House and it did not disappoint. The house was stocked with essentials, the picturesque views of the bay are unmatched, and the pool was perfect. The six of us (four adults and two children) had plenty of space and loved that we could all fit comfortably at the large dining room table. Jen was quick to respond and offered great suggestions if you plan on venturing off their little slice of tucked away paradise. Already looking forward to our next stay at the ā€œblue houseā€ as my kids my deemed it! Thank you!

We are so proud of our bay house and we want to share it with others. We are a family of 5 which includes 3 young boys that love the outdoors and they are always busy. That is why our house has many indoor and outdoor activities provided. So at the end of everyday your children (and adults too) are tired and ready for bed!

We discovered the Northern Neck in the winter of 2012 when we rented a house over President's Weekend. We loved it so much we returned to the Northern Neck for our childrens' April vacation. After that we decided to start looking for a vacation home of our own.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The house has many great features. The most obvious is the amazing view of the Chesapeake Bay. You can watch the sunrise every morning from the family room, pool deck, the hammock or from the Adirondack chairs in the yard. The pool and the bay are both great spots to relax on a raft or take a dip to cool off. Or you can take a kayak out for a relaxing ride or a good workout. For the more adventurous people you can go fishing and crabbing in the bay too.
