Crazy Whays Retreat is the perfect family getaway or small group retreat! This charming waterfront cottage has everything you need for a memorable vacation. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove, and a coffee bar. The dining area has a table for 6 plus 4 barstools at the kitchen bar—plenty of room for meals or games.

Upstairs coffee bar offers the perfect morning view.

Note: This is salt water and jellyfish (sea nettles) may be present during summer (June–August). Their presence varies with tide and weather.

Getting Around:
Explore the neighborhood by foot, bike (welcome to bring yours!), or golf cart (not provided, you’re welcome to bring yours).

Driveway parking for 4 vehicles beside and behind the home.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and outside facilities. One locked owners closet next to the dining area.
Other things to note
House Rules:

Please respect the property and the neighbors. Many of our neighbors live here year-round.
Drive slowly – children and pets at play! Speed limit is 10 MPH or less. No fireworks allowed.

Pets:

Pets are welcome! We allow dogs and cats – no breed or weight restrictions.
We are pet friendly but only allow house-broken pets. Please do not bring pets that are not house-trained.
This may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
Keep pets on a leash when outside the home or not in fenced-in area.

Events:

No parties allowed.

Smoking:
No smoking inside the property.

Unregistered Guests:
Maximum of 2 visitors allowed for the entire length of stay.

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Check-out Times:
7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Security:
A security camera is located on the fence facing the parking area and a ring doorbell by the side door entrance for your safety and ours. Both have video and recording capabilities.

We also have water detection devices in:
- the Fish House (by the water)
- under the kitchen sink in the upstairs bathroom
These only alert us if water touches the sensor. It is common for water to enter the Fish House during high tide.

Booking Requirements:
Minimum age to book is 25. Government-issued ID may be required at check-in.

Before you arrive, to finalize your reservation, all guests are required to complete a short registration and electronically sign a rental agreement after booking. A secure link will be provided via our property management system, hospitable. This helps us maintain a safe and seamless experience for everyone.
