This one level (no steps) vacation rental in Stones Throw Villas is the perfect vacation spot for a romantic weekend getaway, golf vacation, or beach experience on the best S.C. beaches! Our newly renovated one bedroom villa with updated furnishings is 0.2 miles from the beach and is approximately a 6-8 minute walk to Folly Field Beach Access on paved walking/biking path.
The Beach Boardwalk access is new for 2024! Relax on the great beaches or rent a bike and explore our island. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.
You have made a great choice to stay at our Villa. That being said we are on the main level ( no steps) and their is a separate Villa directly above ours. Periodic sounds can be heard from the upstairs Villa occupants.

This villa was newly renovated, attractive and very clean. The bed was especially comfortable. Appreciate that it was pet friendly. Great neighborhood and quick walk to beach via path.

10/10. This rental is the cutest place to stay. The walk to the beach was convenient and super dog friendly. The rental was stocked with anything you may need. The host was available for any questions we had and very friendly. Will most definitely be staying again.

A Very Enjoyable Stay

The villa was perfect for our needs- sparkling clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and included thoughtful extras. Location was close to the beach and the beach cart and chairs were so convenient! Communication was excellent and we especially appreciated that our pup was welcome.

Once again a lovely stay in a great place. Pool just steps from the door, beach just a short walk down a paved path. Hosts are super responsive.Check in is a breeze. Kitchen is well stocked.

This was our second stay here. We love the location! There is easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Pamela truly wants her guests to enjoy their stay. We're hoping to return next summer.

HHI Getaway

Very enjoyable time spent in Hilton Head. Location is excellent. Unit is more than adequate for 2 people and our small dog. Unit was clean & well equipped. Beach wagon & chairs were a great plus!

Wonderful place, clean, and owner provided all amenities you could need! Walk to the beach was literally about 8 minutes. Beach was wonderful!

The unit was clean and looked exactly as pictured. The kitchen and bathroom had been recently renovated and all appliances worked well. We loved being able to bring our dog along. The condo was a short walk from the beach. We would definitely reserve again.

Best beach property I’ve stayed at

Pamela’s property was very clean and stocked with everything plus you need plus much more. It’s walking distance from the Folly Field Beach. The WiFi, location, beds, and amenities were all amazing. The property is just like it looks in the pictures.

Great place to stay

Condo is very will appointed. Everything seems brand new. Very clean. Close to beach and close to shopping. Highly recommended.

Hi James, thank you so much for your five star review. Yes the Villa is almost brand new with the renovations just being done and all the furnishings being brand new. We also love being mid island where there’s a lot less traffic but so close to everything. You were an absolute pleasure to host and we hope that you will visit again soon. Don’t forget we also own the Villa directly across the hallway so if you’re traveling with family or friends, you can each have your own villa but be step apart from each other. My husband and I had a great time. The house was clean and within walking distance to the beach. The property manager did an amazing job checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Awesome Seas the Day

My sister and I had a great stay at Seas the day! The unit was very conveniently located near the pool, the beach(just a short walk away) and HH sites. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. Pam the hostess was always prompt with communication. We would definitely stay there again! 5 stars!

Must rent this condo for your HHI stay

Beautiful decor, impeccable cleanliness. Very comfortable furniture and King Size bed isn’t a rock or a marshmallow. It’s high quality all the way at this condo. Owners are extremely responsive to texts, messages, inquiries of every nature. Definitely stay here! 5 minutes walk to the sand on beach.
