30 Heath Drive, in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes, is a short 10-minute walk to the beach. Lounge around our private pool, deck, and patio area as you look out onto the 2nd hole of the Fazio Golf Course. This incredible, modern beach home is a fabulous setting for your next getaway!

As you enter the house, you will be amazed by views from the spacious, two-story Great Room overlooking the pool and golf course. An open living area with high ceilings connects the Great Room with the Dining Room and Kitchen. With a wall of large windows, new plank style flooring and the open floor plan, the space feels airy and bright with beautiful golf course views!

The Great Room is carpeted and has a large tan sectional sofa, a blue armchair with ottoman, a gray recliner, and a 65" SMART TV mounted over the fireplace. The adjacent dining room is also carpeted and has a glass topped wood table that seats eight, a wine fridge, and windows to lookout to the pool and golf course creating a great setting while eating in. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious with a large eat-in area that is in a nook of windows that provide plenty of sunshine and counter bar with seating for three. This spot is great for the family to watch the chef as he or she creates a wonderful dinner for all! There is also a coffee station! Outside there is a small deck where the Char-Broil Performance grill is for your outdoor cooking.

The house is designed such that the first-floor bedrooms are set apart from the living area for noise reduction; they are all located down the hallway to the right side of the house. This makes it easy to relax and enjoy a calming vacation. There is a total of 4 bedrooms (3 on the main floor and one in the loft area). The very spacious master bedroom features a king bed (with new mattress in 2026), bench seat, walk-in closet, built-in vanity station, and a 55” TV. There is a sitting area by the windows that has two chairs and a small desk. This room also has access to the outside deck where there are two chairs. This is a perfect place to have your morning coffee and watch the golfers walking by. The master bathroom has double granite vanities, a jetted tub under the skylight, and a walk-in shower.

The other two guest bedrooms each have king beds, with new mattresses in 2026, and new en-suite bathrooms. The third guest room is in the loft upstairs and has two twin beds (that can be converted into a king bed), a 32” TV, bookshelf with games, books and puzzles, and an X-box gaming station. Plus, its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In addition, on the main floor is a separate 1/2 bath and laundry room with a new washer and dryer. You will love how light, bright, and airy this floor plan is, bringing the outdoors in with all the windows and the skylight in the kitchen!

There’s a great pool to enjoy in the backyard where there are three lounge chairs and a table for four. There are also two Adirondack chairs right by the golf course! Whether catching some rays or watching golfers as they tee off you will surely enjoy your time here! This Palmetto Dunes home rental is truly breath-taking and is perfect for a family vacation.
