Come enjoy this lovely and comfortable, split level home located on Cartgate drive within the heart of Palmetto Dunes!

This four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home is perfect for family's looking to get more out of their vacation.

When you enter the home you are greeted with a beautiful formal living room with two grey sofas, oversized armchair and 48" LG SMART TV.
Just off the living area is the dining room with a beautiful wood table and 8 chairs. The kitchen comes fully-equipped to meet your family's cooking needs and has bar seating for four.

Down a couple steps off the kitchen is a large den/additional living area with large sectional sofa, two armchairs and mounted 54" SMART TV.
There is also a round table with four chairs which is perfect for family game night!

The primary suite is large and provides a king bed, 56" Roku TV, sitting area and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a granite double vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, 50" Roku TV, and an en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom also has a granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms. The first bedroom to the left has a queen bed and 40" SMART TV. The second upstairs room has 2 sets of bunk beds and 40" Roku TV. These two guest bedrooms share a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Outside your family is going to fall in love with your own private pool! The beach is easily accessed by a short ten minute bike road, two minute drive or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is an on-call and seasonal free transportation service within the resort.

The home is approximately a short bike ride or a 10–12-minute walk to the beach. You will enjoy all the amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer including the championship golf courses, bike trails, and wide-open beach. Once you stay here, we promise you will want to return year after year to have your dream vacation!
