Nothing broken and NO mold! The HVAC system went out which can happen durIng summer months. Once I received notification of the incident i had my maintence person on sIte within the hour. When he confIrmed the unIt was not cooling, i had an emergency service at the condo within an hour of calling him for whIch i paid an extra $245. He fixed it. He and my maintenance person confIrmed there was NO MOLD. This guest is usIng this low rating as blackmail to get a refund. The condo was cleaned on Thursday night and there was nothing wrong with the HVAC at that time. This was completely an unforeseen event that happens. Its how it is handled that matters and it was handled as timeously as humanly possible. I apologized profusely, i got it handled wIthin the shortest amount of time possible. I offered the guest free access to our kayaks we usually rent to guests. I offered her a free additional night either now or anytime in the future. I wish this didnt happen obviously but as the host i did everything i could to a. RectIfy the sutuation as quickly as possible and b. Offer the kayaks and a free night for any inconvenience caused.
