Sister villas Calypso and Iris above the nicest beach on Nevis

Our villas Calypso and Iris are situated in a gated compound above Oualie Beach, the nicest and safest beach on Nevis (3-5 minute walk down). The secluded mile-long Lovers' Beach is around the corner. The villas share the swimming pool, laundry room, grill.


The villas have four apartments and can accommodate up to 15 people (e.g. five couples and five kids). We have had several family reunions, weddings, and friends gatherings in the villas.


The villas have four apartments: Upper Calypso, Lower Calypso, Upper Iris, and Lower Iris. Each apartment is listed separately on VRBO. This is a combined listing and the listed rates are for all four units together. We can make arrangements to meet your specific needs.



Upper Calypso sleeps 4-6. It has two king-size bedrooms,
each with a private bathroom, large living room with kitchen and a dining area. The living room has a queen-size sleeper couch and a half-bath. The large veranda has breathtaking sea and sunset views . The table can comfortably seat six people; another table with four chairs is on the veranda.


Lower Calypso sleeps 2-4. It has one bedroom with a king-size bed, another bedroom with two twin beds, one bathroom,
living room with kitchen and dining area,
and a large veranda with stunning ocean views.


Upper Iris sleeps 2-3. It has one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bathroom, living room with kitchen and a sleeper couch, veranda.


Lower Iris sleeps 1-2. It has: one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, small living room with a kitchenette, a patio.
