Enjoy all that Tahoe Donner has to offer at this 3BR/3BA chalet. Recently remodeled, it features access to 5-star amenities (pools, marina, gym) and numerous hiking, biking, and cross-country trails. The home is situated on a nice wooded lot that has its own play house and swing set in the backyard, making it a perfect family home.

If you don't feel like cooking, Tahoe Donner has several dining options. Downtown Truckee is 10 minutes away, while Palisades, Alpine, Northstar, and Sugarbowl are all about a 15-20 minute drive.




UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA/KITCHEN/DINING

The open living space upstairs features a large kitchen island and a wood burning fireplace. A connecting deck allows for grilling and dining outside. The remodeled kitchen includes quartzite counters and full-size stainless steel appliances. The wood dining table has seats 8 comfortably with seating for four more at the kitchen island. Watch shows on the 55in TV with streaming. Kiddos can enjoy a kids corner fully equipped with table and chairs, games and art supplies.



BED & BATH

The chalet sleeps 7 guests in three bedrooms and has a bonus room downstairs with 2 additional queen size beds that can sleep 4 more.

Retreat to the master suite with a king size bed, 42in TV and a private balcony. In the en-suite bath, you'll find double sinks, quartzite counters, and a walk-in shower.

The kid-friendly bedroom has 2 twin beds along with a trundle, while a third guest room offers a queen bed and a shared bath with a tub/shower combination.

Downstairs you will find an additional, large living area complete with 65" TV, 2 queen beds, a remodeled full bath with walk in shower, workout equipment, and popcorn maker.

THE LOCATION

Your reservation includes two passes that allow a total of eight guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Amenities include swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, steam room and sauna. Enjoy access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina. Fantastic public amenities include the area's best family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. In the summer, practice your swing at Tahoe Donner Golf Course and explore over 60 miles of hiking trails in the area. To venture out on horseback, visit the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.



POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES:

Parking notes: Maximum parking is 6 vehicles. Please note that the garage will be locked and unavailable to guests.

Due to Extreme Fire Danger: The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace/charcoal grill is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

There is no landline phone. Cell service is considered reliable.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
