(August special from $399) We are allowing our customers to use our 2010 g3 suncatcher 22’ pontoon boat and 115hp 4stroke Yamaha from dawn to dusk with every rental minimum length must be 3 days on weekends and 2 nights during the week.Must be 25 or older. There is a $500 refundable deposit for the boat can be paid cash app or Venmo . You must treat it like it’s your own, and sign waiver plus send pic to host alongside drivers license .The home is a beautiful 2007 stucco home with vaulted ceilings in every room! Smart tv’s in all bedrooms,Living room and Den. Lake escape also has a brand new hot tub,bbq,and all new bedding including mattress’s. Ice cold AC the garage has been converted to a game room/ hangout area with karaoke, baggO also. There is sleeping for 10/8 in beds and 2 on separate couches in living room and den. There is 9 recliners at lake escape so everyone can kick back and relax! Pets are welcome with $50-100 per pet fee and there is a nice fenced back yard for them. Message me with any and all questions if needed. We have another listing as well but it is 95% booked already for the entire summer…We love to give an Extra experience at our rentals for an Extra good time! H20 bar and grill is walking distance with live music pool tables,darts,baggo,ring toss,shuffle board and food. It is all ages until 9pm. Rent for 6 days get one free! Great stay!

We celebrated our daughters bday with so much fun! Fireworks on the lake was the best ever. House was very nice and comfortable. We were all over the lake in the boat. We hope to stay there again.

Birthday weekend

We stayed at this lake house to celebrate my grandson’s birthday and would definitely stay there again! Host was extremely easy to work with and very responsive and the house comes with a boat!

Great Lake House

We had an excellent weekend at the house! The owner was very nice and extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house layout was great for our group. Having the use of the boat was the best….we went all over the lake!! I highly suggest boating over to Fisherman’s Wharf for dinner! Perfect location to everything! We would love to come back!!!

House was clean. No working light bulbs for dining room and none in stock. Kitchen needs utensils to eat. Owner brought towels, ice, and drinking glasses. Water pressure in both bathrooms is terrible. Guest bath shower not in working order. Owner rigged it to work then no tub usage but before that we had to use the jacuzzi tub and dirt was in tub bottom after used. Owner said it will get us through our stay as he rigged it. We had to buy cleaning utensils, etc to clean the filthy barbecue pit and the griddle is a mess so we were not able to use it. Outside property unkept the grass high and bushes kinda wild. I have a little sinus and for whatever reason I had an allergy attack that was the worse I ever had. I finally had to go buy meds that didn’t help til next day when we left. The owner was very polite, but the shower issues; couldn’t get either shower to adjust comfortably either too hot or too cold and the guest shower rigged up, neither was not acceptable. The pontoon was very good and was the best part of the trip

Upon arrival you called throwing a fit that there was no Glass wine glasses or glass beer glasses. There was but we brought you more. You said there wasn’t enough towels so we brought you more towels. You complained that the guest Jacuzzi tub was not working I told you it was not in the description and it to be used as a tub or a shower and the shower works great the next morning you messaged me saying the shower was broken in the guest bath. Upon arrival someone had taken the rod you pull up to turn the shower on and completely ripped it out with all the brass threads attached still to it. The maid had washed out the shower before you got there so it was not broken when you got there. You complained the hot tub was not hot. I explained that we had just put freshwater in it . So you decided to leave the cover off the hot tub all day and tried to leave it off all night. Luckily I caught it on the security camera at 11 o’clock at night and got you to get up and go out and cover it before you burned up the heater in the hot tub. There was little to nothing to actually complain about so you manufactured as many as you could. This house is fresh to the market has all new bedding,paint and stain. We even bought a newer nicer pontoon to go with it. The property is almost immaculate. You are the first bad review and we knew it was coming before you even checked in. You Had my co host/ daughter in tears with your griping and complaining in the rudest manner! We are having to file a Insurance Claim on the tub that you broke literally the biggest nightmare Customer we have had in six years of hosting ! renters beware! The gardener only comes once a week. Sorry the grass grew for the week you were there. Unbelievable guest!!!

We had trouble getting in because the keycode didnt work but luckly the maintenance man was there and let us in. Other than that it was clean owner was super nice. If im being picky could use some more cookware but other than that love this place and where its located.

A perfect place to getaway and relax in Hot Springs

We are honored to have been the inagural guests at Lake Escape! It exceeded our expectations. Communication was easy and thorough. The house is located 15 minutes from the heart of Hot Springs so it is the ideal location to see it all, but stay in a more relaxed setting right on a chanel of Lake Hamilton. House was close to grocery and other shops so going all the way into town wasn't necessary unless you want to. We were greeted with music playing, cool lights and fresh flowers.The house is clean and fully stocked so enjoying meals and downtime at the house was easy. Morning coffee was perfect on the back patio, so were evening soaks in the hot tub. Bed and bedding were cozy. While it was just me and my husband with our fur babies (who loved the fully fenced yard), the house has 3 bedrooms which are laid out very well for a family or extra friends. We absolutely enjoyed cruising in the pontoon and got to enjoy the setting sun on the lake. Overall, one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had! Thank you for being amazing hosts. We will be back soon!!!

Yay! We truly tried to make a affordable memorable experience! This first review from our first customer’s absolutely makes our Day!! Please come back anytime and I will always have a special deal for you guy’s! The new bar is gonna be awesome even in the winter for track season.The house will be cheaper in winter months as well. Nice large clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Back porch was relaxing to hang out on and BBQ. Enjoyed having access to the water with the boat. Lots of room if you have multiple family members.

Fantastic accommodations! It was perfect for us and our 2 Golden Retrievers. We loved being able to use the pontoon boat everyday! We would definitely love to stay again.
