Easy pool and beach access

This is our second year staying here. We love having the pool right out the back door and easy shuttle access to the beach.

4 night beach family vacay

Enjoyed staying at this property at Pametto Dunes. House was very spacious for our family of 6. Right next to pool. We had no issues at all. Would stay here again for sure!!!!!

great for a long weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom floor was great so my mom didn't have to climb stairs. Having the pool right behind us was excellent.

We had one technical glitch which was the upstairs bathroom that is shared kept blowing a fuse. It would reset but we had to ensure that certain lights were not turned on together. The rest of the house was awesome for our needs. We enjoyed our stay there and the closeness of the pool.

PERFECTION!

We loved staying in Fazio Villas! Unit 52 is spacious, sparkling clean, and well laid out for large groups. The pool is literally feet away, and walking to the beach through the Palmetto Dunes area is fairly easy. In fact, we loved the walk because the surrounding neighborhood is so lovely. We hope this will be our home away from home for many future HHI trips. This rental has everything we needed and more. Love it!

Henderson-Brown & Friends Time Out

The property was well maintained within a resort with a lot of other activities with easy access to the beach. Children and grandchildren were staying at another home in the same resort. There were lots of restaurants and other things to interest the grand children. We probably would have stayed for another week and we known more about the facility and location ahead of time

Great place to rent

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It had a swimming pool right off the deck which was great for the kids. The code to the door changes right at 10 am which was a bit frustrating as we remembered we left an item inside at 10:01. So just be aware to make sure you have everything before that. But overall it was great.

Amazing time

The pictures do not do it justice! We had more than enough space and the kitchen came with everything we could need. This was our first time at Hilton Head and I consider us very lucky to have stayed in this home. The only minor complaint we had was the bed in the downstairs bedroom. It wasn’t as comfortable as we hoped it would be and dipped in the middle. Everyone else was pleased with their beds. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious Villa and perfect location

We chose this rental because it had the room count we needed. What was even better was the downstairs room (queen) with full bath so that my mom who is in her 70's wouldn't have to navigate stairs. The place was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with enough tools and pans so that we could have dinner and breakfast at the villa very easily as a family. We were able to invite local family over and enjoyed a dinner to celebrate birthdays. Upstairs, the three additional bedrooms were well furnished, complete with extra blankets and pillows. The greatest surprise was how close the pool was, it was like having your own pool in your backyard (even though shared)....it was never really crowded and all the neighbors were courteous/quiet. We would rent this villa out again without hesitation.

Hilton Head Ladies’ Week-End

This unit is very spacious, with room for everyone to have privacy. A concern was that the bedding offerings changed considerably from booking time to check-in, which unfortunately caused revision in our attendance. We were advised we could try to find another location but chose to stay . Otherwise, the unit is lovely and the photos are accurate. We communicated regularly with the Property Manager who replied promptly and was very helpful. The only recommendation is to bring your own can opener, as the one provided is old and barely worked.
