Oceanfront Jewel is a stylish, modern and tasteful condo with expansive direct ocean views. During the daytime, this is a perfect oceanfront bungalow to wake up to the sunrise and watch the waves crash. During the nighttime, sit next to the fireplace, grab a glass of wine, listen to the sound of waves, and enjoy the moonrise over the ocean!

Please note the maximum number of guests (age 6 & Up) is 4. The maximum number of all guests is 6.

Given the unit just sits on the boardwalk, it is very convenient for families with infants and little kids. We provide Pack n’ Play (guests need to bring sheets), high chair, foldable baby bathtub, baby safety gate, and kids dinner ware sets.

The hallway closets store some basic cleaning tools, laundry pods, iron and ironing board, portable heater and fan, etc.

Beach towels and two beach chairs are provided to the guests for use.

There is a free underground parking spot in the building. The building has five floors in total and the unit is on the top floor. The building has one elevator.

Laundry room in in the basement of the building. Please prepare quarters for laundry. The building's manager office (Unit 202) sells quarters. The manager office close on weekend and close at 3 pm Monday - Friday.

The building's basement has a few luggage carts for guests' uses.
