Our stay was one of the best vacations we have had in years of traveling. Seabrook Island is one of the most gorgeous low country islands we have been to, as we have vacationed at Hilton Head Island for many years. The unit was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. We would not hesitate to stay again.

This would be a five stars all around - the property was great and everything was as described - except for the fact that I received 17 emails from this property! 17! They basically spammed my mailbox for two full weeks and it was all so excessive!So I'd say just know what you're getting yourself into regarding the communication and being inundated by emails and tasks but otherwise the property was fantastic.

They were not all from us, but as you noticed- a gated island with a Club requires communication coming from different entities. This property is stunning and one of the best appointed I’ve stayed in. It is fully stocked with everything in the kitchen that you could possibly want or need. The location is perfect and we love Marsh Walk and always book here. Three issues for us are related to the cleaning and price/management of property. 1) the bedlinens were not clean. There were hairs everywhere and we ended up cleaning the sheets in the master bedroom upon check in rather than make a stink about it/moving2) there is significant construction next to the property which should have been reflected in the price. We should not have been surprised by the noise and work (when trying to enjoy the lovely screened in porch).3) the master bedroom en suite shower broke on day 3 and was not fixed for 5 days. This happens, but it meant that we could not have our additional family members stay for those 5 days. The management company was responsive and amazing to sort this out when they did. But it meant we did not get what we paid for (a two bath place). I’d requested a follow up call call to discuss reimbursement from Coastal Getaways on the 5th day but have not heard back. We would recommend the place to anyone so long as the laundry services are stepped up and improved, and a more complete and accurate view of the construction noise was mentioned in the listing and reflected in the price.

Construction on the island is, unfortunately, out of our control. Providing a seamless stay is our top priority, and we regret that you did not feel that we did that.
