Welcome to 108 - The Salty Oak, a bright and inviting Seabrook Island retreat just moments from the beach, golf, and the private, gated, and relaxed coastal lifestyle this beach destination is known for. This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a clean, airy atmosphere with an open flow floor plan that makes the space feel spacious, comfortable, and easy to enjoy from the moment you arrive.

Designed to host up to 6 guests, this charming getaway blends style and convenience with a thoughtful layout ideal for family vacations, couples' escapes, or a quiet island retreat. Guests frequently mention how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the property is, along with its fresh, updated feel that adds to the overall comfort of the stay.

The open living area creates a natural gathering space for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The fully equipped, well-stocked kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, from a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cookware essentials to a welcoming dining area and dining table for shared meals and conversation. A private living room, Smart TV, cable, and reliable high-speed WiFi make it easy to unwind, stay connected, or enjoy a cozy night in.

Two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide privacy and convenience, while amenities like central heat, air conditioning, washer and dryer, linens, towels, iron, hair dryer, and shampoo help create a seamless stay. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, dresser, TV, closet and ceiling fan. The guest bedroom features two queen beds and access to the patio area from the bedroom. The villa also features private entrance access, self check-in, and a smart lock for added ease, along with safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, deadbolt lock, and outdoor lighting.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups.)

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.

• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!

Very comfortable, clean and cozy condo. It is nice that it has a double and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. The bath is not attached to the 2nd bedroom, but it does include a shower. We enjoyed the back patio that is shaded with beautiful trees and a view of the golf course. It is central on the island which is a great location to the beach and also to the main gate. The decor was coastal and well done.
