Bayside Boathouse is a beautifully constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront sanctuary from your daily stresses. From the front entry, you can enter the right side of the house where you will find the Captain's Quarters with a queen bed, a full bath with handheld showerhead & a sunroom with views that will encourage you to waste the day away with a great book! This section of the house has a pocket door for added privacy if you have two groups in your party. To the left when you enter is a spacious living area with sliders that lead to the enormous deck on the water side. Through the living area is a large kitchen, with the Mermaid's Quarters to the right. This king bedroom is expansive, with plenty of closet space & a full bath with shower & handheld showerhead.

We are tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac & surrounded by bike & walking paths. Bring your boat, Ivy Street boat launch is a mile from our home. The boat launch doubles as the perfect sunset spot, too! The deep water in the canal fronting our property leads straight to Kitty Hawk Bay. Dock your boat at the house and take it out every day. Our waterfront location in the heart of Kitty Hawk is an excellent choice for your vacation with its proximity to shopping, restaurants, arts, sightseeing, laser tag, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding, golfing & eco tours.

There is a fully equipped eat in kitchen which includes dishes, cookware, cutlery, pots, pans, barware, & glassware for your every culinary need - all new! Appliances include a Keurig/standard coffee maker combo, microwave, dishwasher, range & oven, & refrigerator/freezer with ice & water in the door.

Are you a fan of outdoor living? The deck area is sunny and bright, with so much space to enjoy & soak in some Vitamin D. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks from the deck while taking in gorgeous water views.

We want everyone to have a wonderful, relaxing getaway in our Outer Banks home! Part of ensuring the same experience for everyone relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, & maintenance repair personnel being able maintain the house in tip top shape for you & your family in-between renters. When you arrive at our home, please notify us right away if you find anything to be not working properly. This helps us be able to address it in a timely manner. Our partners do a fantastic job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are in your welcome email & also located on the refrigerator. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.

We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment allows us to compensate our house staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet so they are able to focus on getting the home ready for you. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare our home for your getaway!
