We invite you and yours to enjoy this gorgeous Manistee home situated on 87' of private frontage. This spacious beach house has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, huge living room, family area, large fully equipped kitchen, downstairs entertainment area complete with large-screen TV. Beautiful backyard with covered patio to admire the views of stunning Lake Michigan and breathtaking sunsets every night of your stay. Hot tub, kayaks, and use of private shoreline. You will love it here!

• With 3 king beds, 2 queens, and 3 twin beds, we invite you and yours to come enjoy this gorgeous Manistee home situated on just under 2 acres boasting 87' of private lake Michigan frontage.
• Large living room with gas fireplace to set the mood (available September 15th – May 15th).
• Stunning views of Lake Michigan from the Primary Bedroom, Living, Dining, and Kitchen!
• Large covered porch with direct views of Lake Michigan.
• Primary bedroom upstairs with king bed, private bath, and balcony overlooking backyard.
• 2 king bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the main level.
• Lower level includes large den with sofas and 2 twin day beds, and separate office/quiet room.
• Also on lower level are 2 bedrooms. First bedroom has a queen, second has a queen and twin. Each lower level bedroom has a separate large bathroom.
• Downstairs entertainment area complete with a large-screen smart TV, foosball table, and numerous board games.
• Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee maker, Vitamix blender, food processor, and all the essentials!
• 2 car garage and multiple free parking spots.
• Firepit for your enjoyment!
• A propane grill is available for your cooking needs (propane is provided).
• Play a game of basketball when you are done with the beach!
• Kayaks for use along the shoreline.
• Downtown Manistee has an abundance of small shops and fun and exciting things to do. Great eats and treats at every corner, including a wonderful selection of restaurants and breweries, and a short distance from the Little River Casino and Resort.

Guests will access with keyless entry.

Our property manager will welcome you to the property and ensure all of your questions are answered.
We will be available for any questions or concerns during your stay and can be on-site for most requests if need be within a half hour. With advance notice, we can make almost any accommodation necessary for you to enjoy the perfect stay!

Red Apple Road Lake Michigan Shoreline offers a quiet and secluded setting. A slow speed limit in ensures you get a quick wind down before your arrival and you won't have to hear a bit of traffic during your stay.

You are within walking distance to the beach and a few of the areas favorite parks but you will want to bring your vehicle if you plan to go out site seeing or plan to make an appearance at the local restaurants or shops.

1. Check-In starts at 3:00 pm and Check-Out by 10:00 am.
2. Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 7 am.
3. The person who makes the booking must be at least 25 years old and the booking individual must be part of the guest party that will occupy the rental property throughout the entire duration of the reservation.
4. No Events.
5. No Smoking.
6. No Pets.
7. No fireworks or firecrackers. No water balloons, please!
8. Bonfires: Guests may have a fire in the designated fire pit only. Guests are prohibited from having a fire on the beach.
9. Please use outdoor hose to rinse sand off prior to entering house. No shoes on the carpet, please.
10. Property Care: Guests are asked to maintain the cleanliness of the property, and are expected to report any damages or issues that occur during their stay.
11. Parking: Guests may park in the garage and paved driveway only. No parking on the lawn, in the woods, or anywhere on Red Apple Road.
12. Trash Disposal: Trash is picked up early Thursday a.m. so please place trash receptacle at the very end of driveway on Red Apple Road Wednesday evening.
13. Recycling: The Owners are very committed to recycling even though there is no recycling service available to this property. Glass is not recycled anywhere in Manistee, except bottle returns at Meijer. Please rinse all cans, paper/cardboard containers (i.e. milk and juice cartons) and plastic receptacles and place them in trash can marked “recycling” in the garage. Please place cardboard in the receptacle in garage marked “cardboard”. Owners will arrange for its removal.
14. Amenities Use: Rental includes amenities a hot tub and grill, outline for specific rules for their use will be included in the rental Guest Book.
15. Kayaks are for adult use only and are only meant to be used close to shoreline. Life jackets are to be worn during use and use of kayaks are at the users own risk. More instructions on care of kayaks are listed in the Guest book at the property.
16. Maximum Occupancy: Filer township rules list the maximum number of guests that may occupy a short-term rental dwelling is ten (10) persons.
17. No Illegal Activities: Ensure guests understand that any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property.
18. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when they are on the overlook deck or beach stairs.
19. Respect for Neighbors: Request that guests respect neighbors' privacy and property.
20. Garage door opener: One garage door opener will be provided and must be returned prior to Guests departure. Guests will be charged $100.00 for failure to return the garage door opener.
21. Wi-Fi Use: If Wi-Fi is provided it must not be used for illegal activities.
