This beautiful condo is perfectly tucked away in a gulf-front gated community and offers 1618 square feet of furnished living space. This beautiful first floor unit is just steps from the Gulf of Mexico and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large balcony off the main living area and a private balcony off of the master bedroom. This secluded community offers a private beach, gulf-front pool, hot tub, beach bonfires available, underground parking, on-site fitness center, basketball court, luxury interior atrium and a grill and picnic area.

This beach retreat accommodates 8 guests, offering both a place to call home and pristine beaches to soak up the sun, float/swim in the tranquil emerald waters, and indulge in the beautiful sunsets.

Ginger’s Escape projects a peaceful and fun atmosphere, which makes this condo the perfect getaway for friends and family!

THE PROPERTY
This stunning first-floor beach condo accommodates EIGHT (8) guests.

Upon arrival, this private luxury gated community welcomes you to this fabulous beach retreat. Inside, natural light pours through the windows, highlighting the crisp living space with beautiful coastal decor.

The beautiful kitchen is every cook's dream, fully equipped with ample counter space. Allow the region to inspire your next meal and serve a seafood feast at the adjacent farmhouse style dining table.

The living room includes plush furniture and a flat-screen cable TV, and for a little fresh air, there is plenty of outdoor seating on the private balconies or around the community pool.

Come relax and unwind on the beach, build sandcastles, take a fishing trip, soak up the sun by the pool or paddleboard/kayak to watch the beautiful sunsets of 30A. Beach bonfires available onsite as well (additional fees apply).

THE LOCATION
30A is one of South Walton County's distinct beach getaways known for turquoise ocean water, soft white sand beaches, and luxury beach properties such as this one! Bikers will be in absolute paradise, with 21 plus miles of bike paths to explore along the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and some of the area’s rarest coastal dune lakes.

Beyond the beach, there is upscale and casual dining, shopping, art galleries, live music venues and so much more to discover on 30A from Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach to Topsail State Park - Come explore all of the beauty that South Walton has to offer!!

Grand Boulevard shopping and dining is a short 10-minute drive as well as many other local shops and restaurants such as the popular Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Old Florida Fish House and Bud and Alley’s. The nearby Gulf Place features many local artists, cuisines, and unique stores.

Key Residence Features:
• Amenities include resort-style community pool, fitness center, BBQ grills, basketball court, fully equipped kitchen, 4 flat-screen HDTVs, free WIFI, spacious covered balconies, air conditioning and central heating, washer and dryer, crisp linens, and towels.
• We provide an initial setup of toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent, 1 pack of dishwasher detergent, 1 single use laundry detergent box, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion and mini bar soap, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge and 1 kitchen hand towel - this is only to get your vacation started. You will need to purchase additional amenities for your full stay.
• There is a covered parking garage that accommodates one average-sized vehicle - There is a covered parking garage that accommodates one average-sized vehicle. You are allowed one vehicle in the parking garage. There is a overflow parking area at the entrance of the security gate for any additional vehicles. A parking pass is required for all vehicles. This unit is allowed 2 parking passes.
• Tents and canopies are not allowed
• If baby gear is needed, we recommend Crib Connection, and they offer a 10% discount code which we will provide upon request.
• Additional fees apply for beach bonfires
• NO Pets Allowed.
• NO Air mattresses allowed.

Great condo! It is easily accessible from the parking garage & requires no steps/elevator to access the pool which was nice with kids & beach bags. The condo was comfortable & had everything we needed & more! Would definitely stay here again!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay during Spring Break celebrating my daughter’s 20th birthday. This beautiful condo was conveniently located. I loved the fact that we had a private beach so it was very quiet and not a lot of people there at all. The condo is fully furnished and although we brought our own items, the kitchen is well stocked with whatever we needed. I loved the quietness of the area and also loved that it was conveniently located to Seaside (my teenagers favorite lol), Rosemary Beach, and even Destin. The check in/check out process was simple and easy to follow. The host was great and very responsive to whatever questions I had. This was my first time in 30A and I will definitely be back!

This was one of the best units we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, great location, quick easy access to pool and beach- everything you could want in a condo at the beach. The owner was very quick to offer assistance when we had an issue with the TV. My only con is that the beach in front of the condo does not allow your own tent (not the fault of our owners)- you have to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the company. Also, we could not turn the A/C lower than 70, so it was a little hot trying to sleep. But would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are so grateful that you had a great vacation. Our private beach does allow private beach chairs and private beach umbrellas, but does not allow tents unless it is a baby canopy which is allowed. We also do not have a lock on our thermostat so I’m unsure why you could not lower the temperature. I’ll have our maintenance department take a look at it - thanks again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to host you again in the near future.

In love with Blue Mountain Beach

My 2 daughters, 5 grandsons and I stayed in Gingers Escape for a summer grand finale week. The location is ideal and we loved just walking down the steps to the beach. The umbrella guys were very accommodating and had our chairs ready each day. The condo sleeping arrangement was perfect for us, the kitchen is well stocked and loved being on the ground level. My only thing I wish I could change are the sheets on the master bed. They are paper thin, top and fitted sheets didn’t match and the fitted sheet is pilling. Still, I’m looking forward to coming back to Gingers Escape.

Good Location

We have stayed in this area for years so we knew what to expect location wise. We love Blue Mountain Beach. The condo was fine, suited our needs. The elevator was broken near our room our entire stay so that made things a little hard for unloading, getting to parking garage, etc. The listing advertises a beach wagon so we left ours at home, but when we arrived there wasn’t one. So I would just bring that myself next time. We also purchased the insurance for our stay, thankfully. They had a bunk bed that wasn’t built for any weight (child) that was put together with 1 nail. The nail couldn’t support anyone as it was pulling away from frame. Owner filed a claim and insurance paid for damage. It just wasn’t built to hold a person, unfortunately. Felt as if they only focused on that and never responded to messages from me after filing a claim.

Thank you so much for your review! I’m so sorry the elevator was inoperable during your stay. We didn’t receive notification it was down so my apologies for the inconvenience. We did respond to all your messages in VRBO and the last message between us was actually from me stating “thank you” which you can see in our VRBO message string. The bunkbeds were custom built, very solid and built into the wall and definitely built with more than one nail - The slat that was left broken was actually used by your party as a handle as someone climbed the ladder and it is definitely not a handle, it is a rail. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us!
