This was hands down one of the prettiest and nicest places I've ever stayed in! The home was beautiful, the layout was perfect for our group, and having multiple bathrooms made such a difference. The location was also amazing and made everything so convenient. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this Vrbo again!!

The house was awesome! The only thing I may add is to have a few K-cups for coffee just for the first morning but other than that it was AMAZING!!!!!

This stay was our best vacation yet! Very impressed with response time from maintenance. Upon arrival, we noticed the gas grill was in need of replacement. Made a call, someone came out within 2 hours to inspect and the grill was replaced the next day! House is beautiful, perfect distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Golf cart and bikes are a big plus! Loved every minute!

Serene Beach Cottage

We were in for a quick weekend and had a great time. Blue Mountain Beach is an awesome, beachy area without the overwhelming crowds. Beach Music was the perfect cottage to stay to enjoy the area. It was a five minute walk to the beautiful beach!!!

The good (everything about property was solid).It was spacious, clean, and a very nice stay. We had no issue checking in and getting going. The golf cart was awesome and we were close to beach access and restaurants. I’d stay here again. The only negative on trip was public beach. On future stays I won’t go back to the main public beach access and instead will access paid services at private beaches or take my own chairs and umbrella and use state park down the road. The public beach is a joke and you should read up on it before booking chair service. There’s plenty of articles and reviews highlighting the public vs private saga. I would not use the recommended chair service from this property as it’s only offered on the public beach. The private beach next door allowed walk up guests to purchase chairs for the same price. Blue Mountain and Santa Rosa was a much better vibe than some other communities we visited. Don’t hold the beach politics against them, we hear it’s a full 30A issue.

We have stayed on 30A multiple times and this is our favorite house! They thought of everything! Golf cart, bikes, very well stock beach gear closet-- made our daily beach visits easierVery clean and fantastic decor!! Perfect house for our family

We had a great girls trip at the Beach Music house. It was so nice to have a golf cart and bikes available to use. There was quite a bit of Beach equipment in the storage room to use, as well. Nice area and we loved our stay. Thank you.!

Loved the property and location

Loved the property, decor, location and amenities. Golf cart and bikes were in good working order. House was clean, well cared for, loved the balcony across the front of the house, great location, lots of chairs and boogie boards, fishing gear and other toys for the beach, well stocked kitchen utensils, overall a wonderful stay!

The propertt and stay for the most part was great.. My only issue was the golf cart. I put in a lot of work to be on Vacation. It broke down in the middle of the road 2X. The first time it broke down we was not even a 1/4 mile from property, we called and they came right away. The second time.. They didnt answer nor return the call AT ALL!! We had to push it back to the property with a lil help from the neighbors. We was completely left stranded.. Everything else was perfect.. But it sucked because the golf was the reason for renting the property.. I was intending to rent again foe spring break until they tried to charge me a late fee saying we left late when we was gone on time... But just make aure you check that golf cart work otherwise ... like myself you will be paying for things you will not get.. FYI they didnt even credit me money back..

The kitchen had ants everywhere could not keep any food on the counters. We kept all food in the fridge or on the kitchen table. Dishwasher did not clean dishes and there was no hot water in the kitchen I had to get hot water from downstairs bathroom to wash the dishes. Towel bar fell to floor from weight of towel. Not close to pool you will have to bike or drive. Beach access is close but no place to park most of the time. I love this area but would not stay at this property again. Hopefully the owners address the property issues befor they rent to others.

Perfect in every way!

This was a trip for me, my two daughters and one’s boyfriend. Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The house was so comfortable, so cute and super clean. It had everything we could’ve needed and more. Beach chairs, umbrellas boogie boards and tubes in the outside closet made things so simple for us. Management was responsive and very helpful. The coffee maker stopped working while we were there and after letting the management know about it, we came home that afternoon to a new one sitting on the porch. The location which is a 3 minute cart ride can’t be beat. Having the golf cart was a luxury we were so grateful for. We could run back and forth to and from the house during a day at the beach so easily. The area is quieter than the other populated hubs on 30a which we wanted, but still a short drive to all of the action and shopping. We will definitely consider this specific house again for our future trips to the Gulf! Thank you so much for a memorable vacation!

Loved it!

Everything was great. Nice home in a nice neighborhood. Loved the beachy decor. Loved the back deck and the the beach supplies in the storage shed. The only problem we had was the listing said it came with 2 bicycles and when we got there, they were not there. We called the property manager and it was a weekend, so it took a while to get ahold of someone and get the situation resolved. Bikes were sent the next day but the code they gave us didnt work. Since we were leaving the next day, we just let it go. But everything else was great and I would still rent this place again. I will just ask about bikes the second I get there.

Great family vacation house

House was very clean upon arrival. The golf cart was charging and worked great for our trip. The beach gear closet had tons inside it. Boogie boards, at least 5 beach chairs, skim board, blown up inter tubes, multiple umbrellas. The bikes were in working order and came with helmets. Wish the dinning room table would have had a couple more chairs, but we brought down desk chair from master bedroom and made the dinning room table work for our family of 5. There was no salt and pepper or condiments, but had TONS of cooking supplies, crockpot, hand mixers, blender, etc. They gave us two cards to get into the road gate. The orange one didn’t work but after going back to house and trying the green card, that one worked. We loved the Mrs. Pacman game in the hallway. We brought an island chair up and it became a competition area for the week! Loved the house. The ice maker worked as well! That was nice for beach coolers.

Great location, needs a little refresh

We had a great visit to the Santa Rosa area. The house fit our needs and having the bikes/golf cart we’re a huge plus. We loved the location of the house - great access to local restaurants and the beach. I can imagine during peak times it being much harder getting parking at the beach access area though so I would definitely plan for that if you stay here over the summer months. Overall we had a great visit. We had some house issues but the management company did respond quickly with some help. Upon arriving, we found the house to not be well cleaned (had ants). Hair in all bathrooms, sheets needing to be cleaned, dirty coffee pot, etc…We were able to clean up those things on our own but once we reached out to management, they did offer to resend the cleaners (we didn’t accept that offer as we had already cleaned the house). There was a nail sticking up on the back porch that multiple people stepped on barefooted (maintenance came and fixed that) as well as issues in the first floor bathroom (maintenance fixed those as well). We asked for more garbage bags and we told in the contract it said to bring our own. It was great to have the beach gear from the house to use as well. I wish we knew what was really in the closet though as we brought items with not knowing the house had what we brought. An itemized list would have been helpful. The house is used often and just needs a refresh, but is a safe place to stay overall.

Fall break was a super busy time for our area and we appreciate you letting us know about the maintenance issues presented during your stay. While we try our best to let our guests know what is supplied at the property, we find sometimes the email we send will go to their junk/spam folders and missed altogether. I had high hopes for this place, as the pictures look awesome and the ratings were good. Check in was easy and communication was great. Everything started off with no issues.. First problem: the golf cart was not charged, and we were unable to charge because all the outlets were dead! Then the kids tried to ride bikes, and 3/4 either had broken seats, bent chain guards etc. Since we had no working outlets , the back porch lights did not work. We called emergency line, they said someone would come the next morning at 9am, at 10 am we were calling.. The lady we spoke with was like “well we have your call in and someone will be out”.. Took them 3 days.. we had to run a line thru the window to charge. The walk to the beach is far, especially if you have small children and or elderly relatives so golf cart /bikes is essential and the reason we booked this place. No care from 30A.. Then we go to use the grill, tank is empty and so is the back up! We had prepared food and when we called we got emergency line, luckily we got a very nice girl Taylor who on her own time, delivered us a tank! The porch upstairs is need of much repair, there are dangerous nails sticking up, accident waiting to happen, took pics just in case. Furniture up there was filthy. Found lots of dirty silverware, bowls etc. For what you pay here you expect to have what is listed and to have a well maintained, clean house. Very disappointed and will not deal with 30A again.

The golf cart was a major convenience and a must. The property was ok normal wear and tear due to the climate and environment. There was only 1 roll of TP/bathroom and 1 trash bag for entire house for 5 day stay so be prepared with your own not typical of my other rental experiences. None of the toilets were clean, sides etc.

The house itself is great. The house was clean looked just like the pictures & the golf cart was brand new, which was awesome!!The walk to the beach was a little further than expected. And parking was very limited there. The beach access has limited space. We had a great time at Beach Music in BMB!!
