Sunny Seaside Retreat with Beach & Pool Access!

Enjoy a beach getaway at our family-friendly, oceanview condo in Myrtle Beach! The resort is located directly on the beach with easy, convenient beach access and is packed with amenities for all ages, including multiple outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, a splash park with a lazy river, playgrounds, sports courts (pickleball, basketball, bocce, tennis, and volleyball), a fitness center, and steam rooms. You’ll also love the convenience of on-site dining and treats, with a beach bar and grille (With summer kareoke!) and coffee, icecream, and pizza shops located right on the resort.

Start your day on the private patio with an ocean view, where you can sip your coffee and watch the sunrise over the water.

Our condo includes plenty of space for guests. It is located on the 5th floor with beautiful views from the patio of the ocean and sunrise! Sleeping accommodations include 2 bedrooms with 1 queen sized bed, two twin sized beds, and a queen sized sleeper sofa. The unit also includes 2 bathrooms with one of the bathrooms being attached to the master bedroom.

Our condo is located at the center of all the resort attractions. Our building includes most of the major indoor amenities (including an indoor pool, sauna, and gym) so you do not have to leave the building to enjoy these perks.

We have an amazing cleaning service! We strive to keep our prices reasonable and our cleaning fees include cleaning of the apartment before each stay and laundering of towels, linen, and bedding.

We are also located at the center of all Myrtle Beach has to offer! With a short drive, enjoy local shops, restaurants, Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Murrell's Inlet, golf, and MORE!

- No smoking and no pets

- No trailers allowed to park at the resort except for during Bike Week for an additional fee. Please discuss trailer use with host prior to check-in date if bringing a trailer for Bike Week.
- Minimum age requirement: one individual staying in the condo must be at least 23 years old
- Maximum guests: 6

- For booking purposes: typically we book Saturday-Saturday in the summer months and monthly for November-March. Let us know if you have any questions!

Parking Fee:
- The gate fee is $10/day year round for short-term rentals.
- Monthly guests pay $50/month for the months of January, February, March, October, November, December.
- Monthly guests pay $100/month for the months of April-September.
- Payment is made at the entry gate. They accept credit/debit card (no cash)
