Absolutely incredible experience. They were extremely communicative and clear about the instructions. Also checked in with us throughout the trip, which was great. Location is incredible right next to the beach and the amenities were great. Would absolutely recommend this to another person.

Great location. Close to Seaside!

Good beachfront access and has space to bring your own chairs to setup on beach or has beach chair service if needed. Really enjoyed being on the 1sf floor and was quiet.

Everything was great except the mattresses. They need to be replaced. Loved the chairs and umbrella in the outdoor bin and plenty of bedding and towels was a plus.

This was one of the cleanest units we’ve stayed in thus far. The unit was very quiet. In fact the whole complex was very quiet. There are no “extras “ left from fellow travelers so be sure to bring all the spices you like and need as well as foil, olive oil, etc. Also, bring bowls with lids for storage in the fridge if you cook and have leftovers. While there are several Pyrex dishes and cookie sheets and a skillet it’s a bare bones type kitchen. In all our travels I’ve never seen a unit stripped of usable leftovers from previous occupants. It’s a courtesy to leave unused items in case the next occupants need something. We call it a travelers pantry. Sometimes you simply forget items another traveler had thought of and grateful for the items left. Kindness matters.The beach was easy to access but there are steps. There are around 50 steps broken into 3 segments. Overall, we found our stay very relaxing. Property management team members were great. They were always a text away.

Clean and quiet are what we aim for, so it's good to hear we hit both, and I'll make sure the team hears your note about being a text away. On the pantry items — we clear opened food between stays because we can't confirm how it was stored or how long it had been open, and we'd rather you arrive to an empty shelf than a questionable one. But you're right that guests shouldn't have to find that out on arrival, so we're working on setting that expectation ahead of time. The beach step count and the storage container tip are both useful. Thanks for sharing them, and we hope to host you again.

Unit was very clean with nice furnishings. Bathrooms could use an update but having 2 full bathrooms was a plus. First time staying at The Palms and we will be back!

The gulf side view is looking at the bushes. The unit had no little extras like Salt, pepper, condiments, or any beach items for guest use

A Gem!!!

Everything you want or need is a walk or bike ride away. The condo was decorated very nice. It was also very clean. I would definitely rent this condo again! The host was very helpful and responsive to messages. I also got a message during our stay checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Also, check in and check out was a breeze!!
