Casa Melchers is located in one of the most desirable areas of Mazatlán. This LOFT is located less than two blocks from Playa Olas Altas and Plazuela Machado, allowing our visitors the opportunity to be immersed in Old Mazatlán, with easy access to culture, nightlife, and gastronomy. The last piece of the puzzle will be when you discover the incredible garden with a huge pool.

Mazatlán may be one of the only beach destinations where its visitors can walk between vibrant streets and majestic buildings that reveal a great past. The Historic Center is, par excellence, the heart of the cultural life of Mazatlán and the ideal place to live in a festive atmosphere, full of tradition, culture and merriment. Start your tour at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, an eclectic-style cathedral with a strong European influence. Then, go to Plaza Machado, a space surrounded by elegant buildings that invite you to eat, walk or simply rest. Another of the most outstanding buildings is the Ángela Peralta Theater, one of the oldest in the country, where artistic works are still exhibited.



Like almost all the historic centers, the one in Mazatlán can have nights with more noise than usual.
