This gorgeous 3rd floor oceanfront one bedroom suite has a new leather queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV along with living room ceiling fan. Closer to the north end property elevator. Enjoy family style eating with a large kitchen table and fully equipped kitchen. The Walk-in shower and king size bed in the bedroom make for the perfect suite for you. On site front desk to check you in, housekeeping and maintenance staff should you need anything. NO PETS ALLOWED IN CONDO #325 Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed here in the past. This time was surprised. The photo looked nothing like the unit. It was so crowded with over-sized furniture. Couldn’t move chairs out from table! Silly hutch clearly stuck here from somebody’s house. One towel per person. One sample size soap bar. Multiple minor repairs needed. Nothing major just lack of attention. We chose to leave. The lady handling the exit was clearly mad and definitely severed any future business. I guess times are hard, but....

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Defumidifer constantly needs to be emptying, TV had no local channels and was told owner did not want to upgrade, condo needs updating, electrical cords from TV just hanging, vertical blinds for sliding door broken, toaster wire broken, door hard to lock -- had to slam door to secure, patio chairs very uncomfortable -- had to ask for some from office, beach view very good, staff cleaning replacement of towels very good. Check in good, ask staff about TV channels but no help in solving problem -- got only streaming of old programs. Will not return to this location. Prictures of rental property deceiving.

Our suite was immaculate and filled with conveniences, the view of the beach (sunrise!!) spectacular, and the staff friendly and helpful. We loved walking on the beach and relaxing by the pool. Can also recommend the ice cream place right across the street. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We'll definitely be back next year.

Our only complaint is the shower. It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the water. It was either very hot or cold. The handle was difficult to turn. It took about 5 min for the water to get hot and then it was too hot to shower. Turning it to a comfortable temp lasted about a min and then it was cold. The day we left it never got hot so we couldn’t shower.

Tge Television is on a wall where it cannot be enjoyed by all...it does not move! No access to any thing to watch. U get maybe 3 channels. Not very happy with this stay. The bleachers lodge is great. No complaints with them. Won’t stay in this condo again.

The bedroon TV did not work however and the limited channels on the living room TV was disappointing for her. she did find one channel that had NCIS and Investigative documentaries to keep her entertained.
