Extra clean ocean front condo! Managed and maintained by owner.

True one-bedroom beach/ocean front condo with a queen size bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa. We have BLACK-OUT curtains for a restful night sleep. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, brand new furniture (living room), and ceiling fan in the bedroom and the living room. Central A/C unit, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and cooler. We provide a key lock box, so you can ENTER the condo anytime.

The complex offers 24/7 security, beach access to the same beach as the Royal Sonesta Hotel, and the El San Juan Resort Hotel for half the price, private grounds that include an olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables, and barbecue grill. Free assigned indoor parking with easy access to the elevators.

Marbella Del Caribe Este (East) is one of the most sought after condominiums. It is located on the "strip" on Isla Verde Avenue with easy access to restaurants, casinos, banks, car rental companies, and a 24-hour Walgreens (across the street) all within walking distance. A car is NOT necessary for our location unless you want to explore the beautiful Island.

*Children over 13 are welcomed.*

The condo is 10 minutes away and a $10 Uber ride from San Juan's International Airport ( NO airplane noise), and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Close to major highways for easy access to the entire Island.

Gabriel was an exceptional host. This unit suited our needs. Perfect for two people. We used it as a home base for exploring this beautiful island, plus it put us only steps to the beach. I would highly recommend.

The apartment was exactly what was advertised. Excellent access to the beach, an amazing pool, and close to so many grocery stores and inexpensive food options. A 10 uber to many San Juan attractions. Isla Verde beach was clean and beautiful!

Great stay!

Lovely condo right on gorgeous Isla Verde beach, just what I needed for a relaxed and lowkey long weekend. Condo was clean, A/C works nicely, and it was well supplied with kitchenware, beach chairs, and towels. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the patio each morning - you do face another building, but the angle to look out over the pool/beach is still beautiful with a nice ocean breeze. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool since I was at the beach every day, but it’s huge! Property access to the beach is steps away, with showers you can hit on your way back. Gabriel was a communicative and very helpful host that checked in throughout my stay. The Isla Verde neighborhood can be a little chaotic with traffic, but otherwise fairly walkable just minutes away from the airport and old San Juan by car. The juice/smoothie place Playa Papaya across the street appears to be closed (May 2025), which was a slight bummer, but there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. Ubers are also cheap and plentiful. Would absolutely stay again, thank you Gabriel!

Definitely the Best of...

This was by far the best condo we've stayed at, add to that the best beach ever and you have a truly amazing vacation. Gabriel is a fantastic host and has paid attention to every detail one could imagine.

Very clean, well equipped property in a good location. A little congested with traffic but everything you need is nearby. The beach is awesome! Nice well maintained pool. Gabriel is easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

Quick beach getaway

Can't get much better than this. Condo is right on the beach with a view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony. The beach was amazing and weather was perfect. Gabriel was extremely communicative and available to assist with any questions or suggestions we had. We needed a little relaxation and an easy trip and it certainly exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Gabriel was a very attentive host. He had great communication and check in on us to make sure everything was ok. The beach is very clean and large. We did a few activities in Fajardo and the drive was 50-60 mins, which we did not mind. We would stay here again.

Look No Further

I honestly can't say enough good things about this location. The check-in process was seamless & easy to understand. The building itself was very secure, and we felt safe at all times. The apartment is SO CLEAN, which was important to us. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location in Carolina was perfect - close enough to everything we wanted to do. A huge plus is how close the grocery store is - it's full service & has everything you would need. It was similar to the one we go to at home, which was nice.The beach was absolutely beautiful, and also very clean. Chairs & umbrellas were readily available and reasonably priced. The pool was also clean & well cared for, and was the perfect temperature. Gabriel was in touch several times to makes sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend!!!

Great experience

Very clean and well equipped for vacation with excellent access to beach with palm shade tree's. Well maintained large pool. Many restaurants walking distance varied price range. Car rental across street but not necessary. Good owner communication as to any questions. Would stay again same place.

Great place, really easy to get around with a lot near by in walking distance. some power blips got to be old, but that is common I beleave and they were proactive in response. You are looking right at a building from your deck, but the ocean/pool view is really good however. Overall, Goodwould recommend

We live in Brooklyn New York but plan to spend several months at our condo during winter once we retire.
Currently we go down 2-4 times per year to enjoy the beautiful beach and island but also to make sure the condo is in top condition at all times.
Not just a rental place!!

We purchased this property because of the beautiful beach/condominium. The location is fantastic. We are about 10 minutes from San Juan's International Airport , 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Hotels, shopping, entertainment are all within 2 blocks of the building. Water sports are available right on the beach. We have been coming to P.R. for over 20 years and this has always been our favorite building. The 3 mile beach is great for morning walks/runs and it is cleaned (tractor raked) every morning. Future winter retirement home!

Large balcony facing the swimming pool, grove of palm trees and the ocean, where you can enjoy a meal or check your e-mails, with our wireless WiFi. Two 40" flat screen TV's one in bedroom one in living room, with cable.
