This spacious modern home promises a memorable getaway with your family, friends, and loved ones.
This adorable brick home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, is perfectly positioned in a quiet and safe neighborhood (Central Garden). You'll enjoy peace and privacy while being conveniently close to everything such as: Memphis downtown, Beale Street, Mud Island, Cooper Young, Poplar Plaza, Broad Arts, Memphis Zoo and Overton Square making it easy to plan your visit.
Please notice all bedrooms upstairs. Two King beds and two queen beds. Master bedroom and one bedroom have 55'' flat screen TVs. Bed frames are in the Japanese low height style.
The ceiling fan remote control is in the master bedroom. It can control the ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Fine Memphis stay.

Place was clean and well located for our weekend. Beds were super comfortable. Owner was quick to respond. A couple of things that would make for a better stay…. We never could get the dishwasher to work, I think someone else mentioned that. It says that it sleeps 10 but not near enough dishes or silverware for that many (3 forks total I think). Beds were comfortable but very low to the floor. Not a big deal for us but if my father in law had come he never would have been able to get out of the bed. Tons of ants but the owner said she would have someone treat after we left. Overall fine.

Charming house. Very quiet.

What a great place to stay on our family vacation. Close to everything we did. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for our entire family to spread out but also cozy enough to spend time together. I highly recommend this property!

Great for our extended family

Enjoyed our weekend visit. Excellent location with quick drive to Beal street. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. Our extended family met here to run in the local half marathon. Had plenty of space to watch our favorite college football team. Lovely private back yard. Enjoyed sitting outside.

Great place to stay!

We came down from Chicago to spend time with our family in Memphis for Thanksgiving. We stayed from Wednesday- Sunday and had a wonderful time.

Great stay in Memphis

The house is located in a nice safe area of town. Short drive to museums and shops. Very spacious with private parking and garage. Unfortunately the dish washer didn’t work on our arrival and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Found a great bar in Beale st called Silky O’sullivans. Overall nice place to stay.

Cute house in an accessible location

We stayed here with friends from out of town while we were in the area for a wedding. It slept everyone well, and we had a great time. It was close to most things we needed to be near. Watch out for the poison ivy in the front and back yards, though!

Business meeting

Needed to have the team stay together for meetings in Memphis. This was perfect! Host was awesome, house met all of our needs for a quiet, clean place to relax & colaborate.

Not at all what we expected it to be

This property shouldn't be listed until they do some work on this place. We had to spend hours cleaning. It was the dirtiest VRBO I ever stayed in. We had to clean everything! The cupboards were filthy, so we loaded the dishwasher only to find out it doesn't work, and there was no note. We had to hand wash everything. The cold water handle in one of the upstairs bathrooms was broken, the light fixture in the stairway was broken with wires exposed. The living room furniture looked like it was picked up from the side of the road. We had to put blankets on the couch to sit on it because it was so dirty. The pictures showed that there was a living room 1 and a living room 2. There wasn't. One of the people staying with us needed a highbacked chair like the picture showed, but there wasn't any. There was one hand towel for all four of us to use for an entire week. The yard was a mess. There was broken glass in the garage. This place was hazardous and I really mean it when I said, it shouldn't be rented out until they fix it. We chose this house because it was only 2 blocks from family. We came all the way from Wisconsin, so we were really pretty stuck having to stay there. We did call the hostess to tell her the place was a mess and we had very few supplies such as forks, hand and dish towels etc. She didn't even know what a dish towel was. She later brought hand towels coffee and forks. We asked for our cleaning fee to be returned, it didn't happen. I do not recommend this house

Comfortable, spacious, convenient!

Property was a great fit for our family group. The neighborhood is great and proximity to midtown and downtown is great. April was helpful at check in and communicative, though with all we had going on (and my being the driver from a few hours away as well as the account holder, I may not have reciprocated as well as I should have). The beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were nice and came with a few added perks (one of the only B&BS ever with a decent knife set and barware set). Would gladly stay again.

Great location in Midtown with a garage

We loved the location of this property! We were in town for a funeral and it was nice to find something so close to the church and family. The one thing that caught our eye was that this place had a garage for two cars. One of the garage doors was not operating, but the owner was on top of it, and had it serviced asap. We loved the size of the house, yet we all felt that it could use a little updating. There is some decorating, but it's kind of bare. The kitchen could use a little more essentials also. The wiring on the bedroom fans need to be fixed as well. When we turned on a fan in one room, it turned on the fans in all of the bedrooms. It's a very cute house, in a great location, but I think it has more potential to become an amazing rental.
