AWESOME LOCATION! Only 3 Houses to the BEACH! The Tangerine House is a quaint ground level 1940's Beach Cottage with plantation shutters nestled in a quiet island neighborhood. Located just steps to the white sandy beaches with no streets to cross and a private heated pool!

Enjoy the perfect beach getaway only 500 feet to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. This well-kept 1950’s Beach Cottage has tile flooring throughout with tile counter tops and beachy décor throughout. The eat in kitchen has French Doors that open to the private heated pool and is a great place for your morning coffee or reading your favorite book.

The split design offers 2-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a spacious den with laundry room and bathroom which provides all the comforts of home and space for all guests. The King Suite has French Doors opening to the private heated pool and the Queen Suite is a spacious beachy theme both suites have their own dedicated bathroom.

After fun filled day at the beach enjoy the outdoors in the spacious tree shaded courtyard with an outdoor hot/cold shower, barbeque grill and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your favorite meal with family and friends. Don’t forget to sightsee . . hop on the “free” island trolley located one block away and explore our local Island Boutiques, or treat yourself to some Island Dining! Beach amenities are included to make your beach vacation complete!

Come enjoy the Beach Life and experience the rejuvenating walks and breathtaking sunsets!

Beach Beauty
This house is exactly as pictured: charming, comfortable, steps from a beautiful beach. We walked everywhere:dinner, doughnuts, cocktails. Wonderful location, house has room to relax. We started each day with coffee by the pool and ended with a late night walk on the beach.

Fantastic describes his beautiful home!
My husband and I spent a week at the tangerine house celebrating our anniversary. Everything was perfect! The location was perfect, so close to the beach! The house itself was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. What we really loved was how easy it was to work and communicate with Suzann! She even wrote us an anniversary card and a basket full of goodies. We will definitely be staying here again 😊☀️😊

Everything was perfect, would book again.
This was our 6th trip to AMI, and first time staying at this home. We chose The Tangerine House for the convenience to the beach as we are not quite as mobile as we used to be. It was a very short walk to the beach and allowed us to walk back multiple times to check on our doggos. House is decorated in a whimsical beach motif, ground level and had everyting we needed. Beds were comfortable, home is SUPER CLEAN, not a dust bunny in sight. Owners have thought of everything. We knew to take a cooler in order to get ice at the store, and we don't mind washing dishes by hand, heck that's how we grew up so no biggie for us. Gas grill was clean & had plenty of propane, back yard was completely fenced in so no worries with our dogs getting out. Pool was clean and good to jump into after a few hours at the beach, outdoor shower was available to rinse off as well as hoses all around the home. Check out the huge hanging baskets on the grill side patio, not sure what they are but are really cool. Owners are super nice and check in with you a couple of times, but not overly so. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. They had beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagons & beach towels for use so we did not have to rent anything. 100% satisfied

Loved the Tangerine House!
We had a great stay and this place is so close to the beach. Great pool and outside area. Everything we needed for both the house and the beach was provided. Suzann was a great host-very responsive and welcoming.

A real Gem!!
We stayed in this perfct gem and did not want to write a review. Why? Because others would see it! We simply did not want to share. Because of the Owner,, Suzann, we feel we must share this perfect place. The photos dont do it justice, it is very very spacious with the bedrooms on opposite ends and away from main gathering places.. The decor is nice and comfortable plus a little whimsical. Everything you want or need is here including all cooking items. The kitchen is very well appointed. Outside is gorgeous too. Not only are you steps to the beach, you are steps from the free Island Trolley. Talk about location! This lovely home is perfect in every way! We cant say enough about Suzann and her husband Frank.! The communication from Suzann is excellent and should you need something, the response is very quick. The outdoor pool/garden area is beautiful. The perfectly landscaped pool/garden area is lovely and inviting. it is all fenced in with a gate that locks from the inside so no one can come in. Everything you need for the beach is provided too. Suzann and Frank have not overlooked anything for their guests. We are very much looking forward to our return visit at the Tangerine House.
