Private deck, boat parking, 2 bedroom 2 bath coastal cottage in Holiday Beach! The master bedroom has a King size bed with an onsuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a set of bunkbeds with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is a second bathroom located right outside the bedroom. The large yard is the perfect place to BBQ, sit out and have a drink or play a game with family and friends. Streaming TV only.

We're planning to be back after the new year. We thank the people who owns the cottage and Rockport escape that take care of it.

Great place to stay in Rockport

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my son and a few of his friends for his annual birthday beach vacation. We stayed here at Seashell Memories and it was very clean, quiet, spacious, and private. House was furnished and had all necessities needed for light packing during our travel. Rockport beach was a short drive away and we found some really great local places to go out to eat. Would definitely stay here again and is highly recommended for anyone who likes to be slightly out of the main part of town but still close to all of Rockports main attractions. Thank you Seashell Memories for another fun year!
