The host was very prompt and professional with our questions and needs during our stay. The condo was as described and pictured. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the condo, though. Also, the water pressure was great. We were able to save on Universal parking fees by walking to Epic Universe and using the Universal buses to their other parks/City Walk. We highly recommend this condo and location.

Excellent organization caring for us renters. Beautiful condo community close to everything. Our unit was older, but well cared for. Plenty of plugs for my techies. Only thing I would improve upon would be the mattresses….. all beds were very firm….. good if you are into that…..tough if you aren’t. Kitchen was well equipped and modern. Lots of room for a family of 4 adults. Would happily rent this unit again.

Great location!!

The size of the place was nice. Location excellent. Everything was clean. Can hear people in unit upstairs, supplies are minimum though easy to buy own. Will definitely consider again.

Amazing stay!

We were in Orlando for my daughter’s basketball tournament at the Convention Center and this was the perfect spot. The condo and resort were so amazing and clean. The condo was spacious and well equipped. The location was perfect! My only, tiny, complaint would be the main bedrooms king bed. It is due to be replaced because of the large divots on both sides, it was a mountain in the middle of the bed. But overall, wonderful stay and would look to rent again if in the area.

Close to Convention center

Had a great stay at this condo. We were in town to go to Universal Studios and the Convention center and our location was perfect for both. Condo is just as advertised spacious and clean. Would recommend to anyone looking to book at Vista Cay.

Convenient Location

Everything was good, except for the little beds on the second room they are way to small for teenagers and the headboard is very loose.

Awesome Condo

I happened upon this web site last May. We decided that it looked nice, thus signed up for two weeks in January 2017. It is a beautiful condo/nicely furnished and in a great location. We are very pleased and everyone has been very helpful. I would highly recommend this Orlando condo to everyone!!

Another home

This property gave us the space we needed to spend time my son and his girlfriend who live close by. We were able to enjoy meals together at the table and play board games in the living room. My husband and i spent time reading on the porch and walking by the lake, which was lovely. We could have never done this at a hotel. The location is great to get to any of the parks or area attractions.

Spacious condo

I stayed here with my daughter while we were in town for an event at the Hyatt Regency Convention center. The condo was spacious and clean. It looked exactly as pictured, and the kitchen appliances were great quality. The dresser in the primary bedroom was old and shabby, the drawers did not slide cleanly, which was inconvenient, but not a big deal overall. The complex pool was great - beautiful, resort-like and clean. It was about a 4-5 minute walk from the condo, down a beautifully landscaped path with lots of wildlife and birds to look at! The pool did not get too crowded, and while we didn't have a lot of time to spend at the pool, the few times we did go, there were plenty of chairs. We did not have a car, and chose to take a Lyft everywhere, which was very fast and convenient. We used instacart to get a load of groceries from Publix, which was great. There is a Walgreens in walking distance, it's very close to the pool. The lanai was nice, but we did not use it since it faces the parking lot and was directly next to the condo entrance, with people walking in and out. We did notice a musty odor in the condo, upon entering Once we acclimated, the smell didn't bother us, but we did smell it each time we entered the condo. I let the property owners know right away so they could address it for the next guests, and they replied promptly.

Wonderful home away from home

We loved this condo community!!! It’s very convenient to all the adventures in Orlando, but tucked away off a quiet side street right by the Orange County Convention Center which was our daily destination. Our condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. I recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Nice place, bring your own showerhead.

We were her so wife could recover from surgery and needed easy, first floor access and a solid recliner. Broken recliner, hard beds if you like that, and the worst showered heads I've seen this side of an Alabama bucket with holes in it, and honestly, the bucket is probably better. Other than that, first floor, easy access, great AC. There are certain things that are easy to get right, installing good shower heads is not rocket science.

Amazing place amazing price

Was an amazing home to stay in. Had everything you need. Had to bring your own little things like coffee filters or foil. Was easy to get with all the stores and strip malls in the same plaza. But everything was great. Would definatly recommend and look forward to coming again soon.

February Vacation Stay

The condo is very nice, and the location is outstanding. However our stay was somewhat impacted by the following: 1. Twin bed spread was dirty, it was replaced. 2. Toaster was broken, it was replaced. 3. Iron was broken, it was replaced. 4. Freezer did not cool down our ice cream melted, a replacement was brought in temporarily. 5. Carpets were stained and not real clean, we elected not to have them cleaned while we were there. 5. Chair recliner in the living room is broke. 6. Controls on washing machine are broke. 7. Television in the master bedroom was not operating properly, could not access Netflix, workers came and determined it was broke. 8. Television in the main room would only get Netflix once in a while.

Great accommodations

The place was much larger than anticipated. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well. The master bathroom was excellent with a large shower and the garden tub was very relaxing after much walking at the convention center. The patio furniture could be a little more comfortable but it was nice to enjoy the cool weather none the less. The price per night, size of room, clubhouse heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, and poolside bar far exceed expectations of any hotels within the area.

Property is clean and we'll maintained

We found the property to be very nice our only surprise was how low all of the bathroom sinks are I realized they are for handicap but we are all very tall. Everything else was just as it was advertised as.
