The home offers central air conditioning and two washer and dryers. The kitchen is complete with a gas range, modern appliances, and dishwasher—making dining effortless.

Downstairs, the basement transforms into an entertainment hub, featuring an Air Hockey table, ping pong, and a billiards table for friendly competition. With high-speed WiFi, remote workers and students can stay connected when needed.

Us four couples had an amazing time! The house is beautiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable for a large group. Richard (the owner) met us at the house upon our arrival to show us around and make sure we had everything we needed. He even brought us over a nice box of delicious cookies. The house is located in a central area of the Cape making all our day trips so accessible. This was probably the nicest VRBO rental we’ve had as it had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this rental. The pool area is beautiful but we didn’t have a chance to use it as we were so busy all day. The guys enjoyed some guy time sitting by the fire pit as well.

Cape Cod House (as my 5 year old grandson called it)

Our family group of 10 had a very nice week in this beautiful house! Furnishings were beautiful, kitchen well stocked and we all loved the pool and games to play in the basement. Short walk to the beach, ice cream, and some restaurants. Owner Mr. Santos came and chatted with us one day and was very pleasant. One note: no bed linens, bath, or beach towels or kitchen linens provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Fantastic rental for reuniting family at the Cape

Our second year renting 17 Summer. Gathered family from Connecticut, Colorado, and Montana for the week. Wonderful! Kids loved the pool ... mornings on the beach, afternoons at the pool. So parents got to sit and chat in the shade while the kids played. Great place to relax and let families re-unite. And Dennis Port is a great location on the Cape -- Hyannis one direction and Chatham the other. A block or so from the local beach (though our family started their days at beaches all over the Cape). Beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Very well maintained -- owner obviously loves the home and goes out of his way to welcome new guests. Hope he knows how much joy the home has brought to other families. Happy to find this year that prior renters had cleaned the place well, and we tried to leave it better than we found it, too. It's the kind of place where that just seem the right thing to do!

Truly great house, disappointed in Martha Murra

We stayed for a week at the end of the summer. The house was lovely - very new and clean and spacious. The pool was also extremely nice and the spa worked well too. It's a nice location where you can walk to a (very small) beach at the end of the street and also to ice cream and a couple small restaurants. The only negative is the layout of the property. The pool is across the driveway from the front of the house (hard to watch kids unless you are across the yard actually in the pool area) and the gas grill is out in a very small back yard area off by itself. So, when you are cooking, you're isolated from everyone else. The check-in and check-out process was GREAT. Among the best I've encountered. It was VERY unsatisfying how we were treated by Martha Murray rentals after our stay. We were given an offer to reserve the "Same week" for next year. I immediately (the day after our stay) responded to this offer and said "Yes, we'd like it." They emailed back and said "That week is already booked. Would you like a different week?" So, I checked the calendar, and there was only one week available in August next year, and the rate was a 50% increase (!!!!) versus what we paid this year. I emailed Martha Murray back to confirm that. No response whatsoever. Clearly, since the house is basically booked up for 2016 already, they don't care about me anymore. Such a bummer after a truly great house and rental process.

Paradise!

From inviting beautiful immaculate sunlit home, to luxurious heated unground pool, to exceptional gardens and property, to walkability to beach & quaint town ( and not to mention friendly super accommodating owner).....everything was perfect!!

Cape Cod Delight

We loved our stay at this beautifully renovated Cape home. There’s something for everyone and large spaces fir gathering and eating. The rooms in house were hardly used - the pool:Spa and fire pit had our attention every waking hour. Perfectly situated mid-Cape for easy trips to Chatham, Welfleet, or other direction. Richard and his property manager were attentive and quick to respond to questions. We are owners and managers of a large beach rental further south on Atlantic and can appreciate the detail put into this home. We hope to now make this property a return “go-to”. Our thanks to Richard for creating such a great vacation spot!

Great stay

We decided to do a last minute getaway in the Cape. The house was great - spacious and had alot of entertainment options in the basement (pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foos ball). The pool was the key asset. It was heated, had jacuzzi and was quite large. The kids loved it - even with the Fall temps.

Quintessential Cape Cod Vacation

Beautiful home and property! Wished we had rented with young kids- perfect with pool and game room. Only minor negative is the upstairs interior bathroom shower which is a bit moldy. Otherwise perfect. Well equipped kitchen, great pool/ hot tub and fire pit!

Beautiful house

Nice getaway with a private pool

We were lucky to find this lovely house with a private heated pool and hot tub. It is a short walk to the beach and to some yummy eateries (we chose takeout). We recommend this house.

Family fun

We had an amazing week at this property. It was perfect for our family of four adults and six kids aged 9-20. The pool, hot tub and fire pit area were a focal point that swimmers, non-swimmers, those who love to be hot and those who love to be cool could all enjoy together every evening. We loved having the game room in the basement as backup in case of inclement weather, but never needed to use it. Similarly, we loved that the beach is an easy walk away. The super nice owner stopped by to say hello and his recommendation of Auntie's was a great tip for ice cream - also very walkable. We also were able to run/bike to the Cape Cod Rail trail each day. The check-in process was smooth and the home was well-stocked with cooking utensils. We would love to return.

Exceptional family vacation site

We could not have chosen a more perfect spot for our family vacation. This beautiful home offered every amenity and privacy, and became the launching pad for all the area activities including a boat ride to see the sea lions, trips to Hyannis and Provincetown, and excellent eateries. Family time at the pool and spa along with a fully equipped game room was ideal for all ages. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Time!

House is exactly as shown in pictures. Spacious, warm and inviting. Perfect for the number of people it sleeps. Plenty of room and space, so no one felt on top of each other. Game room was perfect for the two kids - adults too! Fire pit enjoyed many an evening! Outdoor bathroom and shower so convenient. Owner stopped by with pastries first day and a gift certificate for a local restaurant the second day. Such a nice touch. Very nice gentleman. The reason for the 4 stars is the pool was not clean upon arrival and we couldn't use it for 24 hours. Owner had someone come asap but it took a few days for the chemicals to kick in. Mold in two of the showers. Not horrible but it was there. Finally, we were disappointed in the size of the beach. A close walk but VERY small. Also, really not within walking distance of much and no real sidewalks for biking safely once out on the main streets. All things considered, we would definitely would return to this property given the opportunity.

Great property for family vacation.

Beautiful, clean and well maintained home. Fantastic pool with outdoor shower, fire pit and jacuzzi, all of which we enjoyed using. Also short walk to a small public beach that our young grandchildren loved. They even walked back and forth to the beach with the adults. Owner of the property stopped by on our day of arrival to say hi and show us around the property, and delivered some baked goods and 2 quarts of ice cream. Nice touch!

Fabulous!!

This is really the perfect vacation property - such a beautiful house with every amenity, including AC, well-equipped kitchen, TV's, game room, wonderful pool and walking distance to a lovely beach! And Dennisport is such a great location, with so much to do! Young and old alike had a fabulous time - can't wait to go back!!

Our overall impression of the property and its owner is absolutely lovely .

The pool or hot tub and the fire pit were a homerun ! We loved our time on Summer Street ! The only concern I would mention is that the housekeeping staff could do a better job on keeping floors and carpets clean. It is clear that the homeowner invested a great deal in the renovation. We loved our stay!

This lovely home was perfect for our “girl’s” week.

The house is well-supplied with everything you need in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub are very nice. It is well-maintained and has very nice landscaping. The home is convenient for visiting other parts of the Cape. The owner is wonderful and charming.

Fire pit and pool are beautiful!

We loved our stay here last year, and we couldn't wait to get back. It's just as beautiful as ever. We had no idea about the new glass fire pit. We got as much use and enjoyment from it as we did the pool and spa. The light and heat of the fire pit and accent lights of the pool at night are beautiful! Love the natural privacy of the property especially the pool area. Can't wait until next year!

Spectacular!

Classic Cape is beautifully appointed. The large kitchen and comfortable living space easily accommodated our extended family. The owner actually delivered fresh flowers to us. Easy walk to the beach and Sunday School for ice cream. We were thrilled with the Pool and Jacuzzi. Thumbs up. Kids and I are looking forward to staying next season.
