Cosy Bedrooms in a Bright Family House - Paris Center -

We offer cosy and joyful bedrooms in a very spacious and bright dhouse, furnished with a double bed (with comforter and pillows), a desk and its chair and storage spaces. Center Paris : We are located at 5 minutes walking distance from the very nice park Montsouris and the great bars of Butte aux Cailles' quarter. All the shops are less than 1minute walking: Bakeries, Pharmacy, various Supermarkets, Cinemas, Bars, Brasseries, Restaurants, shops etc... Close to all public transportation, 250 meters from Alesia metro station, Line 4, RER B.

To give you more details about the house: I live in this 130m² home with my wonderful 20-year-old twins and one other very discreet and kind student. The house has two floors (I can send you a video by email if you wish). I have my own space on another level.

The common areas include another bathroom and the kitchen. Access to the kitchen is at specific times, as I need the space around 8:15 PM (to be arranged according to your schedule, of course!) to prepare dinner for my sons and spend time with them. However, everything generally works out very well here, and everyone has their own routines! We all have a designated space in the refrigerator.
