Skip This Unit-Not Worth The Money
Very disappointed in this condo. Upon arrival, there was a very loud howling/screeching noise coming from the water tank in the garage. We eventually figured out the noise would stop if we ran the sink downstairs. The management was unable to remedy this so we were left to listen to and deal with this for the entirety of our stay, day and night.
The next issue was the living room window that was broken on off the track. Management did fix that, sort off. We were still unable to open the window.
WIFI-is very weak, to the point that it is impossible to use the wifi downstairs.
Furniture and carpet-Dingy and stained.
Master Bedroom-Bedding is shredding, BED IS HORRIBLE! The 1990's brass frame and headboard is so rickety and squeaky that it wakes you up all night at with the smallest movement.
Master Bathroom-Toilet issue
Grill-Filthy
Stove Top- Cannot hold a continuous temperature on the burners
Floor- Area at the top of the stairs is weak and sagging, feels like you will step right through the floor.
Yes, we did speak to management about the issues. They basically said that many of the issues would have to be fixed later because they are big problems. So we were left to deal with them ourselves. I do have pictures to back up these claims.
I also filled out a review for Mountain Resort, no response.
