We’re also especially pleased that our team was able to respond so quickly when the AC went out. We truly appreciate your kind words about Brooks and Shorey’s service. That said, we’re very sorry that the condition of the unit affected your overall experience. The musty odor, unclean vents, damaged areas, stained furniture, and loose electrical outlets you described are certainly not the standard we want for our guests. We take concerns regarding electrical safety particularly seriously, and we will be sure to share these items with the appropriate team for inspection and follow-up. We also understand your frustration with the condition and temperature of the building’s elevators and stairwells. While some aspects of the building are outside the control of the individual unit, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re grateful that, despite the issues with this particular condo, you still had positive things to say about Brooks and Shorey and the Surf Dweller property overall.
