Located less than 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta airport, the complex is close to shopping, cinemas, entertainment, medical care and is close to several excellent restaurants close by.
Downtown Puerto Vallarta is 30 minutes away.
Local activities include massage therapy, horseback riding, and motor sports.

The penthouse has private access to guests only.

The Penthouse has five full bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and features breathtaking views from multiple balconies and comfortably sleeps 10. There is central air conditioning with individual room controls for your comfort.

The complex has a beautiful garden area, a large pool area and the longest and widest beach in all of Vallarta just steps away!
Upon entering the first floor, you will be greeted by an open floor plan, a spacious living room and dining room with comfortable seating, HD TV with Sky satellite cable and Wi-Fi access to enjoy your favorite streaming services.
A large billiards table complements the space along with several original art pieces.
Large floor to ceiling windows opens out to a gorgeous balcony with views of Nuevo Nayarit and beyond. Outdoors is a large table with an umbrella for al fresco dining, along with two lounge chairs and umbrella with LED lighting.
A gas/charcoal grill completes the area for your dining pleasure.

The kitchen is large and open with seating along the spacious island and boasts all modern appliances and a pantry. The home is all electric. All dishes, glassware, cookware, dinnerware, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker along with other appliances that you will need for meal preparation for your stay with us.

First Floor:
There are three bedrooms on the first floor. A large master bedroom with a king size bed, ample closet space, HD TV with Sky cable, balcony with ocean views. It boasts a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi and ocean view.

A second bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with ample closet space and a sitting area. This room also has HD TV with Sky cable. This room features a balcony with expansive mountain views.

The third bedroom is a queen-sized studio with en suite bathroom, with HD TV and sky cable.

A guest restroom is available on the first floor.

Second Floor:

The large spiral staircase transports you to the grand master bedroom on the second floor. It includes a California King Canopy bed, sitting area, HD TV with Sky Cable, balcony with ocean views, and a large private master bathroom complete with shower, jacuzzi with ocean views, a large steam sauna and spacious closet.

The second king size bedroom on the second floor has a balcony with mountain views, HD TV with Sky cable, en suite bathroom with shower and closet.

All rooms equipped with curtains.

The upstairs landing has a treadmill, rower, and hand weights for those who enjoy exercise during their stay.

The Penthouse also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is Wi-Fi throughout the Penthouse. Parking is available for up to two vehicles.
We have 5 beach cruiser bicycles available for our guests. All beach towels are provided.
