This welcoming space features a warm gas fireplace, comfortable seating, a TV with DVD player, and a queen hide-a-bed, making it an ideal spot to relax after a day of Sunriver adventures. Gather with loved ones for movie night or unwind by the fire on cooler evenings. The well-stocked kitchen includes a convenient island and opens to the dining area, creating an easy flow for meals and conversation. Step out onto the private deck to enjoy the gas BBQ or sink into your private hot tub, perfect for stargazing and relaxation.
A charming spiral staircase leads to the upper level, where you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms with Victorian-inspired décor. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own TV, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. Both bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with private vanity areas, providing added comfort and convenience.

Perfect place to get away and relax.

The Perfect Location
This property made for the perfect getaway to Sun River. A quirky house, in a perfect location - stocked with everything you need. A grill, hot tub, multiple beds - and in a very quiet neighborhood, we had a great time and would definitely consider coming back here for another visit.

End of season ski trip
I always enjoy staying in Sun River for my ski trips with proximity to the mall. It is a quick 5 minute drive to the mall or 25 minute walk on the trail.

Great family time!
Our family had a fantastic time! The house was very clean and the perfect size for us. Getting to use the tub while it was snowing outside was the highlight for the kids. We'll be coming back!

Relaxing Spring Break Week
This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It is very comfortable and clean. The hot tub is very private and nice after a day of skiing. Also nice to have a fireplace.

Wonderful Vacation
We had a great vacation. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the trains go by. Timber lane is very central, we could walk the kids to Fort Rock easily and were at the Sharc in no time as well.

Excellent location close to the park. Cute little cabin style home.
We enjoyed our stay here. We find the train fun to see go by. The location is perfect and it had everything we needed. It seemed a bit outdated and things were not quite super clean feeling, like the floors but pet friendly properties can be that way. The hot tub area is quite dark but overall it was a great place for us.

Great weekend
The property was just as described and actually felt bigger than we thought it would be. The back deck and hot tub are very close to train tracks but it didn't bother us at all. Really cute little house and having a washer and dryer helped a ton!

Great Place
Very clean and great location! The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is the hot tub only had 1 jet and the controls were inconsistent and of course the train tracks. This did not bother us however and we had a great time.

Cozy house in Sunriver
Well appointed and clean house. The homeowner has provided well organized and excellent instructions. Very clean! I would recommend this small cute house to 1 or 2 couples without hesitation.
