Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, offering a variety of vacation rental options, activities, and amenities. Each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience, and golf course or beach views for your enjoyment. Our resort amenities will be sure you and your family have the best vacation ever!

Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 1 on the 4th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. Condo 404, overlooks the hugely popular lagoon pool! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

Condo was extremely clean with furnishings were all updated and clean.

Condo was extremely clean and that was very much appreciated. Kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Having a cooler for guest use was really a great idea and we used it daily. Refrigerator with an ice maker was used as well. The stay was amazing and everything needed for a great vacation was all super close. Communication was great with guest services. 5 star rating!!!

We had a few issues right up front. Unexpected service people that we weren’t informed about. Had a dryer issue that could not be fixed during our stay, had to go to the local laundromat. We’re were given a credit on our stay, so that helped. Farah, our property manager, was very responsive and helped right away. We love this particular unit. It’s very well appointed, clean, great view of the resort and beach, furnishing were updated and comfortable.

Fall getaway

Immaculately clean, bright and open inside. New, high quality balcony furniture outside. Communication was easy and we had zero issues. We enjoyed our stay and will rent from Emerald Coast Real Estate again.

Beautiful condo on the beach

This is a wonderful condo. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The advertising and pictures are spot on. The Edgewater is a great resort with lots of amenities. The host is wonderful and very helpful. We will stay here again!

Excellent location and rental!

We visited the Edgewater resort in PCB as part of our annual winter getaway! The rental was very nice and well kept. The view was priceless! We specifically enjoyed the location right on the beach, hot tub and secure location. Kelly and Farah were responsive and helped answer any questions we had.

Fantastic unit and view; fantastic host!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of Farah’s units and I can’t say enough about her and her properties! The properties have everything you could ever need…they’re tastefully decorated, well maintained and CLEAN! Fall Weekend Get Away

Loved this place! Having the entire back wall of windows, made waking up a pleasure. The condo was spotless, and decorated wonderfully. The location of the condo in the complex was ideal (right in the middle) - you overlooked the gardens, the pool and the ocean. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely condo

This is a lovely place to stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was great and walkable to lots of eateries. The onsite restaurant was the best meals we had. I highly recommend the flatbread. The only complaint I have is that the windows in the bedroom probably need some tinting. Even with the curtains closed that room was significantly warmer. It was fine for our week but could be a bit too hot in summer.

Amazing!

We always stay at Edgewater and this condo may be the nicest one we have ever stayed in. It was unbelievably clean, the decor was beautiful, and the furniture and amenities inside were top of the line. I have bookmarked it and we will be staying in this exact spot again! Just wonderful!
