This adorable home has all the amenities and comfort you could want in a home away from home. Newly renovated in 2023, this house features brand new furnishings…You will not feel like leaving!

Walk up to the house and be welcomed by an inviting porch beckoning for you to enjoy a coffee or cocktail. Enter into a cute and cozy open concept living/dining/ kitchen area furnished with a smart TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is stocked with equipment allowing you to cook a simple meal. You will have private access to your own washer & dryer located in-unit.

The home is very spacious and private at the same time offering three Queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All rooms are private located off the hallway. Not the traditional New Orleans shotgun layout, no walking through one room to another! Two bedrooms share a hall bathroom, and the third queen bedroom has a dedicated en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area is perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon wine. You will literally be a stones throw to some of NOLA’s best spots! and some of the city's most heralded restaurants, cafes, shops and bars, such as:

The Neighborhood:
If you’re on the hunt for a home with a front porch, then Mid City New Orleans should definitely be on your short list. While the architecture is varied, the majority of homes in this neighborhood have that most quintessential of southern perks: a porch. If you like the outdoors, then this is the perfect space for you. But it’s not all about porch sitting (although that’s pretty darned appealing), it’s the proximity to everything else. There’s City Park and the New Orleans Museum of Art on one end. There’s the medical corridor on the other. And snuggled up in the middle, you’ll find some of our favorite places to grab a bite – Clesi’s for seafood, Parkway for poboys, Katie’s for brunch, and Bayou Beer Garden for any time you need a cold one. The Lafitte Greenway starts (or ends, depending on your perspective) in Mid City and stretches for miles. Ride your bike, walk your dog, or take an evening run in a big expanse of green space. You’ll have choices in grocery stores, convenience and drug stores, and too many other restaurants to mention. Getting to downtown or Metairie or even the Westbank is a breeze, because it doesn't get more centrally located than this!

The front porch and back patio are shared with the tenants next door.

-- No animals at all, please. We love them, but not for this house.
-- We love our neighbors, and try never to impede on their right to a quiet home. Please quiet down by 9pm on the weekdays and 10pm on the weekends. This is especially important when using the outdoor spaces!
-- Due to back-to-back guests, we’re sorry, but we can not accommodate early check-ins nor late check outs.
-- Please take all perishable items with you. They beckon bugs and critters!
-- Upon departure, please take the trash out to the master bins. Please also make sure the house is in good order: dishes washed etc. We will take care of everything else! Failure to leave the house in good order will result in an Airbnb investigation and additional fines.
-- No guest-packages are to be delivered to the house. If you have a package delivered anyway, please note we are not responsible for the security of your package, nor are we available to help you track it down. Amazon Locker is a great way to have packages safely delivered!

We want our guests to enjoy their stay with no interruptions. We will stay out of your hair during your stay with us, unless you need something! If you ever have any questions, concerns, or requirements during your stay, never hesitate to let us know!

Nice, renovated property
This house has clearly been renovated. Everything in it seems new, and is really nice. The house was very clean, and the owners communicated regularly. The only small complaint we have is that the living room doesn't really have enough furniture to seat everyone, so when we did movie night one night, people had to sit on the floor. But we like the house enough that we would stay there again, despite that fact.

Great stay!
We have stayed in mid-city 3 other times and this was our favorite rental. Modern touches to a classic shot-gun house that was much larger than other properties. We loved having 2 full baths giving our daughter extra space beyond her bedroom. Meticulous condition and well stocked. Location was great, very close to our favorite restaurants and city park. We will definitely stay here again the next time we find ourselves in NOLA.
