We have completed our first full year of offering Fair Winds, and are proud to share our five star reviews with you. Going into our second year, we have added blackout curtains in both bedrooms two and three, maxed the tv size in the atrium bedroom to fit the cabinet and added a 50" tv in the master bedroom. All the bedrooms have new Sony Blu Ray/DVD players.

Loved this property! So comfortable, great amenities and a very responsive host. The kids loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Looking forward to going back again next year!

We stayed her for a week and absolutely loved this condo. We have stayed in alot of VRBO places and this one is at the top. You have everything you need and there is a closet outside that has all the beach items you could want. Terry was communicative and even gave us a tip on where to get the freshest seafood!If we come back to Navarre, I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely top notch host! This is our third year in this unit and we continue to be impressed with everything about our stay. Owner goes well above what is expected. Highly recommended for the best beach on the coast. I could go on with so much more, but bottom line is you need to try it to believe it. Great job.

Family trip

We loved our stay, everything was clean and comfortable. The balcony was great and perfect for relaxing. Beach was perfect and just a short walk away, we also enjoyed the pool. This was our first trip to Navarre and I would definitely come back. Terry, the host provided all the info we needed and parking was easy.

Amazing Condo and views!

This is a beautiful, well stocked condo. One of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family and the balcony views were amazing. The owner was wonderful! He even let us know about possible traffic issues due to the air show and let us arrive early to avoid traffic! We hope to return next year!

Beautiful Place in Navarre

My family had a great week. The condo is stocked and very clean. Beautiful views from the balcony. We enjoyed both the beach and pool which never felt too crowded. If youā€™re looking for a laid back relaxing vacation this is your place. We will definitely be back!

communication with the Manager was great, checkin and out was very easy, a couple of minor things that needs to be updated, but this condo was very nice and one of the best stocked condos weā€™ve stayed in.

Amazing Stay!!!

The unit was beautiful and was stocked with everything you can think of! The commination with the owner was fantastic! I could live on the back patio area and it was so nice to sit outside and have breakfast every morning! We will definitely rent this unit again. It was perfect for us and my two adult children and their spouses! Looking so forward to our next stay!!

Beautiful Condo

My grown daughters and I were very impressed with the facilities. There was plenty of space with comfortable fuirniture and any appliance you might need. The beach chair setup and contents in outside closet was a bonus. One of the best condos we have stayed in during many rentals on the gulf coast.

Thanksgiving in Navarre...as usual!

We enjoy Navarre and have since the late 1990's! Over the years we have stayed in various condos and/or houses and it has become our home away from home which is Lexington, KY.This particular unit is exceptional and the owner is so easy to communicate with and rent from. The weather was amazing during our stay and the fishing was just as incredible.We will likely be back next year!

I canā€™t believe what a gorgeous condo Terry has! Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, excellent appointments. I usually bring my own non stick and the ones provided were as good or better! I canā€™t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Terry was so responsive during our arrival. I would DEFINITELY book this again and hope we are able to next year. Thanks for an amazing stay! Best friend trip ever!

Beautiful views! The condo was exactly as shown in photos. Very clean. So relaxing. The owner went the extra mile to add little things to make your stay more comfortable. Definitely a must to stay here. You won't regret 1 minute!

Spring Break

My husband and I, with are daughter and her children, stayed at this wonderfully furnished condo. The accommodations were splendid, along with the view. Everything you could need (towels, beach towels, etc) for a wonderful vacation was there for our use. We canā€™t say enough about this condo , and if we decide to revisit Navarre, we plan to stay here!

AMAZING PROPERTY!

We stay at Navarre or Pensacola Beach for one week every summer. This unit was the best equipped unit we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the things you need to cook and stay 'in' for the week, which is what we prefer to do. Perfectly laid out and beautifully decorated to boot!

Thanksgiving at Navarre

We have been coming to Navarre since the early 90ā€™s and I would rate this condo among the best. Great location! Condo was one of the best equipped for our stay with excellent appliances and cookware. I had a slight issue upon checking in and it was resolved quickly and easily.

Awesome condo right on the beach!!

This condo is awesome. When we arrived, it was immaculate. (Kudos to the cleaning crew!!) Parking, unloading our belongings, and access to the unit was easy and hassle-free. The best place ever! Sets the standard!

This condo was the most amazing unit. To say it felt like home is an understatement. No detail was overlooked. We have stayed in 10-15 places and none even came close to this. Very clean and equipped as if we lived there. From the moment we booked it Terry was there for any questions or needs. Thank you for the amazing vacation. Will definitely be back next year.

Absolutely beautiful

We just wrapped up an amazing week at BC 12-C East!! The property was exactly as described. The condo was beautifully decorated and completely stocked with necessities and many extra items, too. Terry was a great host and very prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We enjoyed visiting Andy Dā€™s (walking distance) for great food and a fun atmosphere. We hope to return to Navarre very soon! 10/10 would recommend!!! šŸ˜Š

Fabulous

This condo has everything you will need other than food for your vacation!! The kitchen is beautifully stocked. No need to bring pans or utensils. The owner has gone above and beyond with his condo. The only thing missing was a tv in the master. My son even found a flower vase for Mothers Day flowers! Best condo EVER!
