We have completed two full years of offering Fair Winds, and are proud to share our five star reviews with you. Going into our second year, we added blackout curtains in both bedrooms two and three, maxed the tv size in the atrium bedroom to fit the cabinet and added a 50" tv in the master bedroom. All the bedrooms have new Sony Blu Ray/DVD players.

We had the absolute best stay at this property! It was clean, beautiful, and fully stocked. The view is absolutely incredible and the included beach chairs and umbrella were such a nice perk. The host was very responsive and had excellent recommendations. Highly recommend and we will be booking again!

Wonderful vacation experience. The location, property conditions and condo are all very nice. We had a great time! The daily beach chairs with umbrella is a fantastic bonus. The balcony is delightfully and spacious with amazing views. Perfect condo layout for everyone to have space and privacy. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of restaurants and activities. We chartered a boat one day, visited a Fort, the turtle conservation, walked the pier and grilled out some. Book it!

We stayed her for a week and absolutely loved this condo. We have stayed in alot of VRBO places and this one is at the top. You have everything you need and there is a closet outside that has all the beach items you could want. Terry was communicative and even gave us a tip on where to get the freshest seafood!If we come back to Navarre, I would definitely stay here again!

This was our 3 rd year staying in Terrys unit.He was very communicative and the space was impeccable as usual. Kitchen was well stocked with appropriate appliances and we loved that. View from balcony is stunning. We took walks to Navarre pier a few times, it was great to see anglers catch. We will try to book 4th year again. Thanks Terry for being a great host!

Absolutely top notch host! This is our third year in this unit and we continue to be impressed with everything about our stay. Owner goes well above what is expected. Family trip

We loved our stay, everything was clean and comfortable. The balcony was great and perfect for relaxing. Beach was perfect and just a short walk away, we also enjoyed the pool. This was our first trip to Navarre and I would definitely come back. Terry, the host provided all the info we needed and parking was easy.

Amazing Condo and views!

This is a beautiful, well stocked condo. One of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family and the balcony views were amazing. The owner was wonderful! He even let us know about possible traffic issues due to the air show and let us arrive early to avoid traffic! We hope to return next year!

Wonderful Condo

We rented this condo for a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The Condo was very clean and well furnished. Beautiful view of the ocean, and it was pleasant to sit on the balcony every morning and drink coffee, listening to the ocean. The Condo Complex is very nice, with fast elevators, plenty of parking, a nice pool, and an easy walk to the beach. Really good seafood in Navarre as well - we liked the "where ya at" local restaurant. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful Place in Navarre

My family had a great week. The condo is stocked and very clean. Beautiful views from the balcony. We enjoyed both the beach and pool which never felt too crowded. If youā€™re looking for a laid back relaxing vacation this is your place. We will definitely be back!

This condo checks ALL the boxes. I loved the oversized balcony with table and chairs, loveseat and chair to lounge in. The beautiful sunset can be seen from the balcony as well as the ocean, pier, and bay. The kitchen came fully stocked with about everything you could imagine you would need. Much more stocked than most condos and I even saw a kitchen aid mixer in the cabinet. Seating in the living room was comfortable with two recliners and a nice couch. Behind the seating in the living room is a desk facing the windows with a beautiful view of the ocean so if you had to work while staying here, your office would be a dream! You also get a key to a closet right outside of the condo with all kinds of beach accessories. The utility room was stocked with nice beach towels, corded vacuum, and handheld vacuum. The master suite AND master bath had a beautiful view of the balcony and ocean. There were plenty of plug ins near each side of the bed with nice sized nightstands. Spare bedrooms were nice sized one with its own bathroom and the other with direct access to hall bathroom. This condo literally had anything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Iā€™ve never stayed at a condo that you had access to so much! While there is no ice machine on the property, the refrigerator made ice and there are plenty of ice trays. It also came with beach chairs! This was a very high end and beautiful condo. 5 STARS! I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!!!

The unit was beautiful and was stocked with everything you can think of! The commination with the owner was fantastic! I could live on the back patio area and it was so nice to sit outside and have breakfast every morning! We will definitely rent this unit again. It was perfect for us and my two adult children and their spouses! Looking so forward to our next stay!!

Beautiful Condo

My grown daughters and I were very impressed with the facilities. There was plenty of space with comfortable fuirniture and any appliance you might need. The beach chair setup and contents in outside closet was a bonus. One of the best condos we have stayed in during many rentals on the gulf coast.

Thanksgiving in Navarre...as usual!

We enjoy Navarre and have since the late 1990's! Over the years we have stayed in various condos and/or houses and it has become our home away from home which is Lexington, KY.This particular unit is exceptional and the owner is so easy to communicate with and rent from. The weather was amazing during our stay and the fishing was just as incredible.We will likely be back next year!

I canā€™t believe what a gorgeous condo Terry has! Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, excellent appointments. I usually bring my own non stick and the ones provided were as good or better! I canā€™t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Terry was so responsive during our arrival. I would DEFINITELY book this again and hope we are able to next year. Thanks for an amazing stay! Best friend trip ever!

Spring Break

My husband and I, with are daughter and her children, stayed at this wonderfully furnished condo. The accommodations were splendid, along with the view. Everything you could need (towels, beach towels, etc) for a wonderful vacation was there for our use. We canā€™t say enough about this condo , and if we decide to revisit Navarre, we plan to stay here!
