It’s That Time of Day welcomes you to beautiful Surf City, NC! Built in July 2023, this stunning custom-built, modern beach home with an elevator has everything you need for your beach vacation! Sunrises await you from either of the two front decks of this 2nd-row beach home with unobstructed ocean views. It’s almost as if you are oceanfront! There are ocean views from every room in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house that can accommodate 10 people. Beach access is just a short 100 yards in either direction from the house. Dozens of shops and restaurants are all within ½ a mile, down N. Shore Dr., a quiet street. No need to get in a car during your stay with everything so conveniently located! You will find the inside to be well-appointed, modern, bright and airy with modern conveniences, including a wine/beverage fridge, fully stocked kitchen along with an elevator accessible from all floors.

You will enter the home from the ground floor via a keyless entry lock using your unique code. You will step into an entryway where you will find a sitting area and the house provided beach towels for your convenience. You can then load your luggage and groceries into the elevator and proceed to the second floor via the stairs or elevator for those with mobility issues. On the second floor, you will find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer with a stock of detergent pods and dryer sheets. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the second floor: Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, middle bedroom with 2 twin XL beds, and the bunk room with a twin XL over queen with a pull-out twin XL trundle. The middle bedroom and bunk room share a hallway bathroom with a large amount of counter space and storage. All 3 bedrooms have direct access to a large porch with ocean views via sliding doors in the rooms. As you proceed up to the third floor, you will find the fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable living area with amazing views of the ocean. There is also a king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom that has access thru to the hallway as well. All bedrooms have ceiling fans except for the bunk room. A large porch awaits you just off the living room with tables, chairs, and sun loungers for enjoying your unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean (be on the lookout for dolphins!). There is also a deck on the back of the house with a propane grill for cooking those fabulous beach meals and enjoying a sunset view.

The living room and all 4 bedrooms have ROKU smart TVs; all you need to do is log into your accounts and start enjoying your favorites. There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. There are games available for those fun game nights as well. There are mobile device charging stations and noise machines in each bedroom for your use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need including an air fryer, toaster oven, coffee machine with both a 12 cup carafe or an individual use pod, large pot for seafood boils or whatever tasty dish you want to make, and an electric griddle just to name a few of the many conveniences.

Beach access is just a short walk and accessible from two beach accesses located at either end of the street. We are located between accesses 11 and 12. We have backpack beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and toys located in the closet in the garage for you to take with you to the beach. The house has an outdoor shower and foot rinse station when returning from the beach. There is plenty of parking to accommodate up to 4 full size vehicles or 5-6 smaller cars. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest.

The fully enclosed garage provides additional weather protected space to relax and play games, including ping pong, darts, and corn hole boards and bags that are available to our guests.

Provided with your stay: Linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, black make-up cloths, bath mats, kitchen towels, and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided in each bathroom. A small supply of starter items are also provided and include: paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and toilet paper.

Things to know:

This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke anywhere on the premise, including the garage or porches.
While we love pets, we have chosen to make our home a pet-free home. The owners of the home do have dogs that are occasionally in the house, but the house is properly cleaned after each visit.

Minimum age requirement of 25yrs for primary rental guest

We do have 2 cameras located on the outside of the house that point at the front yard and side entrance only. This is strictly for security purposes.
