This sunny end-lot home is well-appointed, spacious and beautifully decorated that features the popular reverse floor plan to showcase the views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Inter-Coastal Waterway (ICW), the sparkling neighborhood swimming pool and the neighborhood pier out to the ICW. There is plenty of outdoor living space with a top floor sundeck over-looking the pool, 2 covered porches and another deck overlooking the pool off the back downstairs bedrooms, along with a ground-level deck to soak it all in. Anywhere you go, you’ll be able to enjoy this wonderful vacation home.
On the top floor of the Sand Dollar Blessing is the main living area with an open layout that will bring your family together. You will instantly love the look and feel of this coastal paradise with its gorgeous overstuffed furnishings and great architectural details including vaulted ceilings, wainscoting, upgraded kitchen cabinets and more! Gather for a movie on the 46' flat screen TV, play board games and get comfortable on the furnishings as you settle in for a memorable evening of great conversation.
The kitchen, dining area and eat-in bar are just steps away from the open living room. The gorgeous well-stocked kitchen is a great place to prepare fresh seafood feasts for your family. The granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and butcher’s block stand will make everyone want to be a part of the day’s meals. Use the over-sized pantry to keep your groceries and other belongings tucked away. Gather at the eat-in bar and dining table when your food is just right. Your family will always remember these delicious meals because of the fun and conversations around the table with the stunning ocean views in the background.
When you want to take in a breathtaking sunset over the ICW or continue to admire the ocean, step outside to the covered porch on the front of the home where you can see both. This is a great spot where everyone will want to recline in the chairs or enjoy the cafe chairs and table, no matter what time of day. Also on this floor is a full bathroom and a wide sun deck out back with great views of the ocean and the community swimming pool. Watch your children frolic in the pool and take in a view of the ocean. You’ll feel on top of the world here!
When the day is done and sleep is the only thing on your mind, there are four bedrooms here to accommodate everyone in your group. On the top floor is a queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and access to the sun deck that overlooks the pool. This is a great spot for those wanting to limit the steps in their daily routine. Head downstairs to the first floor to find the other three bedrooms. You will fall in love with the master bedroom that features a new luxurious king bed, flat screen TV, writing desk and private bathroom (with 2 sinks!). Rest and relaxation will be easy here! When you are looking for a little privacy, head out to the private covered porch for Sound views and the smell of salt air. You are home now! On the back side of the home there are two bedrooms that the kids will love. On the west side of the home there is a twin/double bunk bed with trundle. The pale shades of green are relaxing and the comfort is all there. There is a flat screen TV here as well as access to the covered deck that overlooks the swimming pool. The final bedroom has another twin/double bunk bed, a flat screen TV and private access to the covered deck. The nautical feeling with the reds and blues will be a hit for the kids. Completing this floor is a full size washer/dryer for your convenience and the main entry.
When it’s time to head to the beach, gather your chairs and toys (we also have some avail. for your use in the ground floor storage) and take the 3 minute walk south on S. Topsail Drive until you reach Windward Drive and cross the street to enter the beach access located just before 1318 S. Shore Drive.
Featured amenities include central air/heat, 5 color wifi-enabled TVs (Family room has Blue Ray), wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, carport w/wet weather entry, gas grill, 2 ocean & ICW view porches and 2 pool view/ocean view porches - all with well appointed deck furniture.
Access to the professionally serviced community swimming pool. Pool is typically open from mid-May to October 1 and the pier to the ICW is open all year and is only available to owners and renting guests of the neighborhood.

The inside of our house is smoke and pet free.

During the summer high season (June through August) we only rent weekly Saturday to Saturday.

Based on past experience, we prefer to rent to families with the minimum age of 30 for the responsible party.

Note: due to varying family sizes, we do not provide bed linens or bath towels. However, the kitchen is stocked with wash cloths and dish towels, and all the beds have pillows and cover quilts.

No Electric Vehicles permitted at this property without owner consent.

No more then three vehicles allowed at this property. Must be fully parked underneath the home and may not extend into the street. Street parking is unavailable in the neighborhood.
