This property is one of the only standalone units in the community, offering added privacy compared to most villas on the property which are connected. It is also one of the few homes that allows a 3-night minimum stay, giving you more flexibility when planning your trip.

This beautifully designed unit features access to a heated community pool, close proximity to shopping, charter boats, and local attractions, making it ideal for both relaxation and adventure.

The first level offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, and a half bath. Step outside onto the large covered porch and enjoy peaceful canal views, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening

Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, private bathroom, and its own balcony. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for guests, offering a queen bed and twin beds along with a shared hall bathroom

This home truly stands out with the amount of extras provided for your stay. Enjoy tons of entertainment options including karaoke microphone fun and a wide variety of games such as Twister, Sorry, Taboo, Clue, Monopoly, and many more.There are also over 20 puzzles, a large movie collection with over 50 DVDs including favorites like Gremlins, Bolt, Mary Poppins, Indiana Jones, The Avengers, The Incredibles, Alice in Wonderland, and more The home also includes a great selection of books for relaxing downtime.

For your convenience, the property provides pool towels, a starter set of Keurig pods, one roll of paper towels, and an initial supply of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Boating Information
The dock is currently compromised until further notice and is fenced off for safety. If you are bringing a boat, you will need to contact Boathouse Marina to arrange a slip.
Boat ramp fees are $20 in and $20 out.
Boat trailer storage is available on site for $35 per day.
Required forms must be completed and submitted to Boathouse Marina prior to use.

Important Notes
Dock construction began in August and is expected to run through April, though timelines may be extended. There may be construction noise during daylight hours.
Outdoor construction is currently taking place at the property.
They are currently wrapping the construction as of 3.20.26

When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock.
