Paradise Duplex – Unit 9A

Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Duplex Units – Rent Individually or Together



Located in the Fort Morgan area, these duplex units offer a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere with uncrowded beaches, stunning sunsets, and rich history, all surrounded by the natural beauty of the Gulf and Mobile Bay.



Units 9A and 9B mirror each other. When rented together, there is a 10% discount on both sides, and an adjoining door can be unlocked for seamless access.

• Unit 9A offers gorgeous Gulf views; Unit 9B features peaceful nature views.



• Balconies on both upper and lower floors



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six, plus two barstools for additional seating.



• Washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home.



• Living area has a large sectional sofa that can sleep two guests.



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Park-style charcoal BBQ grill available.



• Keyless entry allows no-line check-in and check-out.



• Maximum of three cars allowed.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was as expected, no issues with checking in at all. Handed the guard at the gate our filled out form and he gave us the parking pass. Would love to return again next summer.

Great location with short walk to beach, pool, and hot tub. Short drive to Fort Morgan. Dollar General 2 miles away for supplies, otherwise 15 minute drive to Gulf Shores. Bring your own spices and cooking perishables as there are none there. Good security for entering/leaving site. Home was clean and comfortable. We found beach umbrellas, float toys, and chairs in a parking area closet that were an unexpected bonus.

We loved the house. It was in a great location. We could see the beach from our balcony. It was a safe gated community. The beach was only 5 minutes walking distance. The pool area was manicured, with well maintained . To top it off, an excellent coffee shop “Selah” just before you enter the gate. We walked to it every morning.

Our family, 3 children and 4 adults, thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The layout and room was perfect! We’d stay there again in the future.

Great property!

My family of 4 had another great stay. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfy. Storage under the unit has pool floats, chairs, and beach toys.

Family Vacay

Paradise A is a great, affordable condo for a small family - both sides could be rented for a larger group. Location and amenities are excellent. We are huge fans of Gulf Shores Plantation. Large beds were very comfortable and wifi was great. Rental process was very easy and streamlined. Kitchen could use a new cooking pan. We would definitely rent again.

I was initially hesitant about booking with itrip, but they were very helpful and prompt with communication. They texted and emailed all needed information and kept me at ease during my stay. The property was very nice with a great layout and amenities. Very clean and spacious.

This is my 2nd time staying at this house.

This is my 2nd time staying at this house. It is a well kept house just a few feet across from the pool and hot tub. It is like a 4 minute walk all the way to the beach. It was perfect for our girls trip!

Fall Break - Best Ever!

This is not our first visit to Gulf Shores Plantation, we love it and keep returning. However, it was our first visit during fall break - and it was wonderful. The weather was perfectly warm in daytime - mid 80's; and pleasantly cool at night. The rental process was easy and the cottage was exceptionally clean and comfortable. So nice, we barely left the complex on this trip.

Great location updates needed

We loved the location of the condo. Close to beach with a great boardwalk and close to pool/hot tub. You can tell the condo is currently for sale. There are several minor things that need to be freshened up.

Even better than in the pictures

This beach is beautiful! The sand was like tan sugar. It felt very private and expansive. The boardwalk for the beach is right off of the parking lot for the condo. Everything in the condo was as pictured and yet I was pleasantly surprised. We all had a lovely time. I would definitely come back again.

Great stay

Great location, could use some updates. Clothes iron should be replaced does not work properly. Microwave looks worn and had a burnt smell to it.

Winter Getaway

We spent 4 weeks at this home, and loved it. The location was great, and the layout of the house worked well for us. We liked it so much, we reserved it for 8 weeks next winter. There is so much to do in the area, and we loved our walks on the beach each day. The light over the kitchen sink needed to be replaced, looked like a strobe light, and the casement windows needed repair - they would not open. Otherwise, the house is in great shape, and a wonderful place to relax.

The beach house was the way to Vacation!!

We were there for four days three nights. We checked in late was emailed the code which made checking in easy peasy. Which was a code on the door no having to check in find a key kinda thing. The door punch made it simple. The house was clean and had everything we needed to grill and cook each day. It was like a duplex which I wasn’t aware of until we got there. Our neighbors greeted us upon arrival and we all ended up exchanging numbers and all plan to come back next year together! There were four pools. Two of which were in front of the house. How convenient. And the beach literally steps away! We will be back!!
