Paul was great to work with and had quick follow up communication. Property was beautiful and well maintained inside the house especially. Great location on beach, spent a lot of time there and using the pool. Was nice to have the built in Bluetooth speaker available! The house had tons of pool floats, snorkel gear, books, laundry detergent, spices etc (leftover from past guests).

I wish I could give more stars! What an amazing week we had! Paul was wonderful to work with and Charlene with the concierge company was so helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Paul is an excellent host! We have been to a number of islands, best house we have stayed in. Perfect layout, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything needed. Heated pool was wonderful! Lovely views and just steps to the beautiful blue water. Enjoyed a meal prepared by chef Keva and delicious takeout from Bernie”s. For a great host and house experience, book Island Time!

Excellence all around!! Beautiful home and setting. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Perfect home for 4 couples. Generator was especially nice! Patrick was readily available to help when something was needed. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Island Time. The house was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked - great beds, tons of towels, and everything you need to cook. Paul was an amazing host with super-fast, helpful responses. The local vibe is relaxed and friendly, with grocery and liquor stores nearby and great food at Eva's. The heated pool and stunning views were unforgettable.Highly recommend booking with any of the Stay Exuma properties.TIP: Bring Deet for sand flies.

WOW! Just wow! This place is amazing. Right from the beginning communication with Paul was so easy.He let us check in early and we were just blown away with how amazing the property is. It’s very well stocked with everything you need. But the view… Just amazing. Flamingo beach is beautiful and so quiet. The pool is an incredible temperature.Any problems we had, Patrick was there in minutes. I can’t praise this property enough. Our stay there was perfect.

Everything was perfect! Paul was great to deal with and communication was great. House is stunning as well as the location. Management company was great. We were there during the superbowl and had trouble finding the game and eveyone was very attentive to helping us and Paul shared his log in information for a sports app that worked in Bahamas. Can't wait to return!!

Exceptional property, likely one of the best places we have stayed in the world! Wellstocked, great responses and service. House accommodated 9 people comfortably. Pool was warm, beach and snorkeling great. The details including things like branded stamped toiletpaper and branded welcome gifts were impressive. Patrick, the house manager and crew, were also great and very accommodating for a Christmas check-in. Hope to return again one day!

Amazing stay

The owner of this property and the other two next to it is absolutely amazing, all the information I requested before the trip and during the trip, the property manager is also very responsive during the trip, the property exceed expectations and the house was equipped with many other things I wasn’t expecting. Can’t wait to book again!!

Island Time was absolutely perfect in every way. The home was spotless—truly one of the cleanest rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and equipped—better than any other rental we’ve experienced, which made meals so easy and enjoyable. The view is unbeatable, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This villa exceeded our expectations. Loved the appliances and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Host was always available to communicate and meet our needs. Thank you Island time! We will be back :)

Excellent and Amazing stay

This house if perfect! The layout of the rooms was perfect for 4 couples. The pool and beach are amazing. The kitchen is so well stocked. The hosts were extremely responsive to any question we had. The island is absolutely beautiful and the people are amazing. Highly recommend this house and the island!

Love, love, love, Exuma! Brand new gorgeous house with every amenity. Right on the beach, with an amazing pool! Clear kayaks were so cool!!! Our best vacation ever.

This is an absolutely beautiful home with an even more beautiful view! The house literally has everything you would need- coolers, towels, sunscreen, bug spray, double washer and dryer, etc. When we return (which we will) I will pack much lighter!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Wow! I cannot say enough great things about this property! The house, pool and beach are even more beautiful in person which is hard to imagine! Our family was so comfortable here and it had all the amenities we needed and more! This place is amazing and we cannot wait to go back!
