*there can be protest near this location since its next to the governors mansion, it can get a bit noisy*

PRIME LOCATION, right next to governors mansion, it can get noisy most of tourist and locals love that spot, but is also the most secure police 24/7

The apartment holds up to 6 guests and is situated inside the amazing Old San Juan in Puerto Rico.

It has features ceilings, cozy living room, a beautiful modern kitchen, great for morning coffees or cocktails before dinner. This rental offers hotel features but provides the familiar feel of home!

Once you enter the Apartment you are greeted with a large comfy sofa; great to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful Old San Juan streets from the floor to ceiling windows. Ceiling fans in the living room and if you open door rooms with AC it will cool the room.

THE KITCHEN:

The Apt has a spacious, bright and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, blender and coffee maker. You can open the doors to allow the breeze in while enjoying a home cooked meal.

GETTING AROUND

We strongly recommend having your own vehicle as there are a multitude of activities within a 30-minute drive which you will not want to miss out on. The Apt does not have parking. We recommend leaving your car in ​private parking. You can also use Uber to get around San Juan.

Check-in time is at 4:00pm
Check-out time is at 11:00am
Max. occupancy of 6 guests.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess.
Subletting not allowed.
Do not hang towels from balcony or windows.
