This is a very spacious condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It sleeps 5 comfortably and has the spaciousness and feel of a private residence. With ceiling fans throughout and large folding doors and windows that open to enjoy the cooling breezes from the ocean and spectacular views of the bay.

Both pools are heated, have sundecks and get plenty of sun all day, as well as shade under a palapa or umbrella.

Los Muertos beach, Old Town, Zona Romantica and Basilio Badillo street are just a 10 minute walk. In this area you will find restaurants, bars, shopping, art galleries, banks, money exchange, coffee shops, etc.

Beautiful spacious and nicely appointed condo. Two big bathrooms with nice new style large showers. We enjoyed the good sized patio and amazing view of the town and ocean. We had planned to spend an afternoon at the beach but after walking around down there we found it noisy and crowded and preferred to just chill on our peaceful patio and by the pool. We took the stairs down and explored the town each day and then took a quick taxi or uber back up the hill. Our taxi back up was 3 times the price of our Uber so go with Uber. My only minor suggestion is to remember to ask in advance if you might need a new water jug as when we asked it was not available after 4pm but there is a convenience store nearby to buy some. The owner was helpful and very easy to communicate with.

Amazing Stay

The place was centrally located in Old Vallarta, just a few blocks from th ebeach.Amazing view of the bay as well as sunsets every night.The property itself was immaculate. As we travelled in the middle of summer, the swimming pool was pretty warm but still cooled you off.We had a vehicle and they provided us with a place to safely park it which was a plus.Easy access to shops and restaurants around the area as well as the "Malecon"I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay away from the New Vallarta hussle and bussle. Taxis and/or Ubers are readily available so it is very easy to go to places.Love it and my family did as well.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, clean and wonderfully located VRBO in Puerto Vallarta. Yes there are 175 steps from the beach to the apt as some discuss, In a way, this was a good thing, because it allowed a little distance from the business of the town and created for a more private and exclusive feel. There is a busy road below, but, it didn't bother us much. The views are truly incredible, you have a full unobstructed view of the ocean from many areas of the apartment. We felt safe and secure in the gate locked condos and in PV in general. Laundry in the unit was a plus, the BBQ grill very nice, the kitchen well equipped. The a/c in the bedrooms worked great and we slept very well. It was a little off season for us and we generally had the pools to ourself. The host met us upon arrival and coordinated very well with us through the airport to check in process and was responsive to our checkout schedule adjustment. We had a wonderful trip. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

Highlight of our trip

I was sure the photos online had been photoshopped, that was not the case. The unit is lovely, the rooms are spacious, and the patio is to die for. We could not have been more comfortable. The middle locked gate was very difficult to operate, thoughts of being locked in for the week passed through my brain.

Nice Stay at RIgo's Place

We had a nice time in this spacious condo. There are a lot of stairs and a steep hill up to property. For most of us this was ok. For one friend it was a bit difficult. I would not recommend this property for elderly, disable or very young unless you take a cab to town. Most of us loved the walk during the day and took a cab home at night. Maid came two time which was nice to have. Rooms are very large, and the bathrooms are large also.Nice kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Condo and Amazing View

If you can handle some walking, this unit is located just a short distance out of town. Uber, Taxi, and Bus are also options if you don't want to walk. The condo has everything you need! Plenty of hot water when taking showers. We especially like the pool! Can't say enough good things about this place and the Owner! Highly recommend!

Superb views and a nice accommodation.

Rigo and the on site management were excellent at helping us with an unexpected late arrival due to airline issues. They were also easy to contact. The listing stated one of the bedrooms had a television. The only television was in the living room. The unit superficially appeared clean but the walls were covered with a black substance that turned out to be an accumulation of dust. I mentioned this to Rigo and he stated that this would be addressed at a later time which I completely understood. Condoms were found in a dresser drawer. Incredibly loud traffic in the street out front but understand that can't be helped as it is a main road. Due to the type of windows and doors, there were gaps all around. It is what it is, but you could hear many of the neighbor's discussions very easily even if they weren't talking loud. If you choose to eat in, all of the kitchen utensils that you would likely need are available. The main couch was really uncomfortable. When walking past other units it became clear that this unit could definitely use a bit of TLC, but to be fair, the price was excellent. The walk down to town was fairly easy but I would definitely recommend Uber to return. All that being said, I would definitely return.

THE VIEW!!

We had a wonderful stay in Villas Loma Linda. The best feature of the condo is THE VIEW! We saw whales everyday (bring your binoculars) and enjoyed starting and ending everyday out on the deck. We enjoyed walking down to the beach everyday too, and appreciated the stairway shortcut. Taxis are plentiful and very easy to use as was Uber. I recommend using WhatsApp to communicate with the property manager, as she explained that it is the best way to communicate quickly with her. If you are a light sleeper, like me, I suggest you bring earplugs and/or use a noise canceling app to drown out the noises from the street and the town down below. That is the only thing that was a negative for us. However, THE VIEW made up for that for sure. Also, the pool is wonderfully clean and WARM! A big thanks to owner, Rigo, who communicated with me very quickly and professionally. He was very easy to work with and I appreciated his flexibility when we had to alter our schedule slightly. We will definitely consider coming here again!

Ideal Condo near Beach & Amenities

Great layout and view, very spacious and comfortable for our family. Location is ideal, walking distance to nice restaurants, Starbucks and beach. Large heated pool, also with a view, upscale & secure building. WiFi is intermittent, so if yuou are working remote, Starbucks is your friend

Fantastic property

We had a great stay. Check in was easy. Location was close to Old Town but far enough away that it was very quiet. Spectacular view and lovely grounds and pools. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Holiday House with Spectacular View

This is an amazing place to book for a group of friends or family to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. It has everything you need for a fantastic vacation, including a spectacular view and a lovely balcony. We stayed as a couple but can’t wait to return with friends next time. While there are stairs to reach the beach or Zona Romántica, we enjoyed the walk down and even the occasional climb back up. However, you can easily take an Uber to avoid the hills. Highly recommended!

Great condo!

The condo was great and everybody was nice and accommodating. We got our steps in, but we were very close to the shops in the Romantic District and went on a few excursions every day. The place was clean and fairly well appointed. Note: if you plan to cook there you will need to grab some oil. No biggie. The pool was large and refreshing but the hot tub does not work that we could see. Again, fine in this weather. Only thing to note is that you are next to a very busy commuter road so there can be a bit of car noise and it can be a little iffy to cross the road. All in all we would stay there again and recommend friends.

View and Neighbourhood

Beautiful views and nice neighborhood. The stairs to the beach are right across the road and easy to navigate down. Easy to get to restaurants and melocon.

Very nice place with a great view of the ocean! When considering this wonderful VRBO against the likes of a Resort, it is like having a home away from home instead of being in a cattle hotel with so many people crammed into one building. Loved the layout and the number of beds..really good for my family of four! You can walk down to activities and the beach in less than 5 minutes if you are hoofing it. I will say that you will encounter a tremendous amount of stairs, but fear not you can Uber back up for a very small amount of US dollars ($ 2 or less) which was a life saver for trips back up to the VRBO. Great place and having access to the pools was great, my 12 and 14 year old daughters were able to go swimming whenever they wanted without supervision (safe location). Our stay was at the end of July and it was hot, but there are two mini split ACs to cool you down, one for each bedroom. Additionally, each bedroom two beds and extras could even crash on the couch. Thank you for the experience!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!

Perfect for families, as there is room to spread out and the pool is a major plus!! (We were the only people in the pool each time we went! But that probably varies.) The view is phenomenal!!!! We could easily get to various restaurants, beaches, and all the things we wanted to enjoy. Others mentioned the long hike up to the condo after a long day. We did it a few times, and then opted be cheap Uber rides to drop us at the door. As a heads up, this is a more traditional building. The windows are not sealed, so there are cracks where outside heat and critters can enter. This was not a big deal for us, as it was part of the experience. But wanted to mention it as it could be a surprise for someone else. We felt like we hit the lottery with this VRBO! It was so much better than being crammed into a hotel room. It checked all the right boxes for our family of 5 (kids ages 9, 14, 18). And it significantly added to the overall experience!! We loved it!! Highly recommend!
