Rustic Cabin With Garden Oasis

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our family’s cozy cabin tucked away in a quiet, scenic corner of Munds Park across from Odell Lake. Our cabin’s central location makes for a perfect home base for experiencing all that Northern Arizona has to offer. This corner property, located on a quarter acre lot, features a beautiful garden oasis at the front door, surrounded by trees and shrubbery making for a private garden area with ample seating to eat, gather around on our three outdoor fire pits, play games, and appreciate quality time in nature.

This charming, rustic cabin boasts of amenities and can sleep over twelve people comfortably with 11 beds to choose from. With a full kitchen featuring a skylight, state of the art commercial grade gas stove, dishwasher, industrial sized refrigerator plus an attached oversized butler pantry filled with cooking gadgets, appliances, stand alone freezer and of course, fully stocked coffee bar... You will find anything you need in there from cooking to entertaining! The downstairs powder room is attached to the kitchen area and has a washer and dryer as well.

Although there often may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
We supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish washer, and hand soap. As well as shampoo and conditioner.
Cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink.

Our dining room can seat up to 8 people. As well as the kitchen island, which has 4 bar stools for the entire family to enjoy a nice meal. The bar area off to the side of the dining room includes an ice maker, wine fridge, and utility sink.

In the backyard is a private, fenced in corner to enjoy the hot tub under a mesmerizing view of the stars. Guests are also welcome to use the Traeger smoker and barbecue on the ground level porch. The seating area has a gas-powered fire-feature table, perfect for a warm ambiance or even making s’mores!

Our 450 square foot garage has been converted into the ultimate game room/home theater that includes a 240v 50a outlet for your electric vehicles. Feel free to enjoy a game of pool, ping pong, basketball or darts. After your competitive but friendly game night, enjoy our extremely cozy 8-person sectional couch with the family and enjoy any streaming platform for movie night on our custom home theater system which includes our 1080P projector and 120” motorized projector screen.
Please note that this room is not heated/cooled with the central A/C/heat like the rest of the home. There are two XL space heaters on either side of the garage with built-in thermostats that work wonderfully.

Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Don’t worry about getting a good night’s sleep here. The first-floor master bedroom features an incredibly comfortable adjustable pillow top king mattress, smart TV, fireplace, and cozy linens. The ensuite master bathroom includes a bathtub, spacious walk-in shower, and huge, customized walk-in closet equipped with robes, endless linens, and ample room to store and hang clothing.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the second floor, in addition to the loft. This cabin does not have wheelchair access.

Both the first and second upstairs guest bedrooms feature a queen bed, smart TV, and a closet.

The beloved bunk bed room is equipped with two bunk beds with additional trundle beds underneath to make for six whole beds, a cozy seating area with a fireplace, and a smart TV.

For more sleeping space, the upstairs loft features a trundle twin bed that pulls out to another twin bed.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests.

The second story porch overlooks the private garden space and has chairs and hammock seats perfect for reading and sipping coffee or tea among the trees.

Our Munds Park cabin is a perfect place for a restful retreat, family reunion, or even crash-pad for adventures throughout gorgeous Northern Arizona.

Eight parking spaces are available in the driveway and unpaved portion of the front of the house. On heavily snowy days, please be prepared to be snowed in until the roads are cleared by the city. The road leading to the property is on a slope. All wheel drive vehicles or chains are recommended during icy road conditions. During snow season, property access is dependent on weather and road conditions.

This is a large house and takes a long time to clean! Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be guaranteed. Please ask if you need alternate check-in/check-out time and we will try to accommodate if we can.
