The house was very nice. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully supplied. Pool was nice and relaxing. Enjoyed watching boats go by on the canal. Host provided welcome information prior to arrival and departure info the day before departure.

Great stay!

Definitely the best place we have stayed in hands down. This may have been our 8th visit. I think that says it all. It’s just a wonderful place to stay with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Great stay!

This may be our fifth or sixth visit so you know that means we totally enjoy everything about the home. Great location, lovely accommodations, and we had a nice, relaxing visit. We will be back in March and can’t wait.

We have stayed here at least five times now and it has been wonderful as always. Everything you need, great location, and wonderful host. We already have the next trip on the books. You can’t go wrong with this lovely home.

Enjoyed our stay here again

We stayed here a few years ago and again this year for about 10 days. We loved the pool and the amenities. Great location. Eric is great to work with and is very responsive.

Lovely as always!

If I mention this is our 7th visit, that should be more than enough. This is our favorite place to stay in Cape Coral, barring none. The house is immaculate, the location is great, and we so enjoy the morning sun. Wish we could stay more often!

The property, the owner, and our stay have exceeded all expectations. We are extremely grateful for the hospitality and accommodation, it was an incredible stay, and our nicest accommodations in nearly a decade of spending our winters in Cape Coral. Terrific stay

We loved our stay at Eric’s property. The area is very quiet and close to all the amenities needed! All furnishings were comfortable.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. The heated pool and lanai area is perfect to relax and watch the fish jumping and boats passing by. Thanks Eric!!!

Absolutely amazing!

This property was very well kept and fully stocked with so many extras which allowed for a wonderful and funfilled vacation! There were coolers, bicycles, pool toys, beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas. I highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us to Cape Coral in the future.

The house is beautiful and very accommodating..we all loved the pool and all the amenities the house had like pool toys, beach chairs etc…. Supermarkets, restaurants and beach close to the house was a plus. We would definitely come back for sure. The whole family loved it! It was an awesome vacation. Return to Happy Place 🙌

We returned to this wonderful Cape Coral house over MEA for a short getaway. Eric was helpful in finding nearby pickle ball courts for us. We played every day-even under the lights! Visited Siesta Key and Nokomis this time around. Grateful, Kim & Pete Wilke

My Happy Place!

Even during COVID, we had a perfect vacation. Everything we needed was ready and waiting from beach visits to a quick bike ride to the coffee shop or Fathom’s bar. If the following week wasn’t booked, we would have asked the stay longer. I love this house and learned a lot about what I want to add in my own house when we build someday in Cape Coral. Thanks for a great time! We will be booking again soon 😎

Best vacation home

Want to say thank you to Eric and his mom a very wonderful person who came out quickly to change something in the pool. The pool was amazing we all couldn’t get enough of it. Especially 1 am swims the kids loved it. The view of the canal waking up every morning and seeing that hands down the best vacation home I have ever stayed at. The house is big and beautiful a very quiet neighborhood. I cannot wait to come Back here. Definitely my go to vacation home love Cape Coral Thank you again for sharing your home

Well equipped Home

Fully equipped kitchen with dish towels etc.. Need hotplates. :) Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. The necessary broom & vacuum to clean during your stay. Labels on switches. Pictures are true to home. We were very pleased with our stay Very responsive owner. Area- loved watching the fish and waterfowl in the canal. 30 minutes to Ft Myers. Close to Sanibel too

Week in paradise

We are touring Florida looking for the town we would want to retire. This time we visited Cape Coral and were happy to find this home for rent. They had everything we could ever need and more. The Pool is a highlight, but the kitchen/bathrooms/and access to a quiet subdivision were perfect. My family of 4 came down, and we enjoyed bike rides to local restaurants for meals and ice cream shops. The home is in the center of several perfect beaches within 30-minute drive. I walked to the Publix grocery store and cooked dinner in the well-equipped kitchen/outdoor grill. The area was very nice, but the home was the icing on the cake. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here.

Luxurious and Relaxing

The villa itself is very luxurious, with high end fitted kitchen appliances. TV’s in the bedroom and lounge area and music inside and out which is a huge bonus. The pool is lovely and big and kept extremely clean. The deck (patio) area furniture is very comfortable and an ideal area to have an evening meal. There is also a barbecue (grill) should you wish to use it. The bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept in whilst on holiday (vacation). It was a real pleasure to stay here, I only wish i’d booked to stay for longer. The pool was cleaned by Eric’s mum, who’s a lovely lady very chatty and extremely helpful. The area itself is nice and peaceful, overlooking the canal which was very scenic. I would really recommend this villa, lovely owners and caretakers and luxury for a perfect vacation, also within easy reach of supermarkets and shops/outlets. Thanks Eric and Debbie and to Dianne

Family/Friends vacation.

We chose this house kind of last minute and after reading the other reviews. One of the bathroom was under renovation, promised to be ready for our arrival. And it was, new and beautiful! Just like everything else! The house was spotless clean, with great kitchen stocked well with everything you could possibly need! Nice welcoming and lots of useful informations in a binder was waiting upon arrival. Also very well stocked closets with extra bedding sets, air mattresses and extra towels were labeled for sizes, etc. Outdoor grill and sitting area are so handy for traveling with bunch of kids:) the same with the by the pool bathroom:) And the pool itself great! The colorful pool lights at night amazing! Internet connection could be better but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Eric, the owner, very easy to communicate and was answering any questions immediately. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to have easy, relaxing stay. Close by local supermarket very convenient. Thanks Eric and D for everything.

We had a lovely stay for our 40th anniversary. I believe we have stayed here nine times and it’s always a pleasure. The home is spotless and such a relaxing atmosphere to just kick back.
